    HITS® Shop Suite is a total game-changer. This platform was clearly built by people who know what it's like to run a shop. The support team is all U.S.-based (Huntersville, NC), and some of them have actually worked in shops like ours.

    Summary: Better than I could have imagined. If you're looking for a fast, modern, and intuitive system backed by real industry experience, HITS® Shop Suite stands out as a reliable, no-nonsense solution that delivers the tools, support, and flexibility today’s tire, quick lube, and auto repair shops truly need to thrive. Their team treats you more like family than just a customer.

    Positive: Support team is located in the US, they are very responsive and knowledgeable. They return my calls/emails within an hour, sometimes within 5 minutes. Some of them have also worked in shops like mine so they understand what I am dealing with on a daily basis. They do NOT require a contract just a simple monthly subscription. They have an open AP which allows me to integrate with 3rd party vendors. They were able to convert all of my data from my previous system. Key Features I’m Using Daily:
    Centralized Customer & Vehicle History allows me to instantly access complete service records including declined work and services coming due which helps me personalize and streamline customer service.

    Appointment Scheduler & Bay Management keeps my shop running smoothly with better control of scheduling and workflow.

    Accurate Inventory Management provides REAL TIME stock tracking which means fewer mistakes and better inventory planning.

    Specific Tire vs. Wheel Lookups makes it easy to find exactly what I am searching for very quickly.

    Service Packages or Canned Jobs allows me to have preloaded service templates for quick quotes and repairs.

    ServiceCAT® integrates with my parts suppliers in REAL TIME, has labor times which allows me to provide accurate estimates.

    LubeCAT instantly returns oil specs and capacities allowing me to provide fast, accurate oil changes.

    Texting & Emailing allows me to send updates, work approvals, and appointment reminders right from the system — keeps customers in the loop and increasing satisfaction.

    Reporting & Analytics allow me to generate detailed reports on anything and everything.

    Negative: I wish I would have found them sooner! I could have avoided the headaches and frustrations with my previous system.
