Summary: Overall really love the platform!! Honestly- great job!! Dashboard is great, accessibility and linking with current website is great!!!

Positive: Love the platform...perfect for what we need and what we were looking for! You can really make it your own.

Negative: The only thing I wish you had was communication availability via phone or zoom! Emailing back and forth on issues can be quite tedious especially when it may be something basic especially when it comes to technical explanation for a solution.

Summary: Overall is great, my whole team is happy the we now only use one software for all our client information and manage attendance, payments.

Positive: We love all the features on the program. It is very easy to manage all data, edit or add information. I love the fact I can check on the demographic of my clients so I’m able to focus on my product depending on the gender the we are lacking.

Negative: We really don’t have much to write. We only hope to have it in Spanish soon.

Summary: An absolutely recommendable tool and an excellent addition that not only makes daily work easier, but also significantly improves it.

Positive: As a young European BJJ school, we have been looking for a suitable tool for a long time to make our work easier and to be able to offer our customers better service.

We found that with MAOR. We are absolutely satisfied and especially find the price-performance ratio excellent.

Negative: In Europe there are other legal requirements, especially when it comes to accounting.

At the beginning, not all requirements could be met. However, the customer service and help from MAOR was perfect. The required requirements were added within a very short time and the software therefore works now 100% for the European market. This in turn is an absolute advantage, especially because we as a company did not expect such excellent service.

Summary: I came across their ad on Facebook and I was already not 100% happy with my current provider. One month free trial, I thought "why not?" I signed up and FELL IN LOVE with it. Super easy to use and had plenty of the same features we weren't using on the other provider because it just wasn't easy to use with them. However, when i did need help Eran replied QUICKLY to any question I had. Our students love it and we honestly couldn't be happier with it.

Positive: Easy to Use.

Features are wonderful.
Pricing really can't be beat.
Even if i wanted to cancel, i could cancel today with no charge.

Negative: I haven't been able to find one in the months that i have been using this.

Summary: I’ve been so impressed with this management system. It does everything I need, plus more!

With other systems they could never do exactly what I wanted. But the team at Martial Arts on Rails have thought of everything. It’s easy to use for both gym owners and students, and makes managing members and instructors so simple!

I’m highly impressed with the software!

Positive: Too many to write. Easy to use, communication with members, integration with Stripe, easy to record attendance, great booking system for students.

Negative: So far no cons. I’m living every part of the app. Keep up the great work.

Summary: It's amazing! I should have switched sooner. It's already saved me time and money. I don't have to chase down payments anymore.

Positive: It's user friendly, adorable, reliable, and full of custom abilities. I love the email function and even the texting function. I love it.

Negative: I wish it had a mobile app. That would be nice. Other than that I can't think of anything else.

Summary: I haven't dealt with a service this good and people this dedicated in probably 20 years. It's actually a little shocking.

Positive: Very high value for very reasonable price. Devs are incredibly responsive. Suggestions are made into features SAME DAY many times. Manage memberships/collect tuition/set up recurring payments all in-app for the same price you would pay a third party payment collection company to JUST collect money. Too much good stuff to list.

Negative: Literally nothing. When I first set up the system, there were a few features I wanted so I mentioned them to the devs. They added the features immediately. Wow.
