Summary: Happy customer and I will continue to use Gradelink and recommend it to other admin and educators.

Positive: I have been using Gradelink for over ten years. Easy to use and never have any problems with it! Would recommended it highly to other schools.

Negative: Can’t think of anything I dislike about Gradelink.

Summary: Overall Gradelink is great and really allows us as a small school to be successful, also the technical support staff are extremely helpful.

Positive: I thoroughly enjoy the ability to access Gradelink easily and the ability to use it daily with little to no issues. From daily routines of putting in attendance to inputting grades, I find Gradelink extremely user-friendly. Now that I'm in an administrative role my ability to roll over from term to term or from school year to school year can happen within the click of a button. I feel like the features that Gradelink is including are only making the software better and better.

Negative: Maybe more step by step or training for teachers that may not be as tech-savvy. Issues we had from the grading scale being American and our school being Canadian, was solved, which I truly appreciate.

Summary: Great customer service easy access and low downtimes, Great support tools for new teachers. And user friendly apps.

Positive: I love how easy this program is for teachers, Due to covid-19 and remote teaching Gradelink made it easy to post class assignments, and work with google classroom.

Negative: I wish there was a teacher app to post assignments and grades.

Summary: Gradelink is Great! I have been using it basically the entire time I have been a teacher. It is super easy to use and doesn't take unnecessary time up away from teaching.

Positive: Super user friendly and can track almost anything! I enjoy using it to enter grades, communicate with parents, and publishing my Weekly Newsletter.

Negative: When posting to your homeroom page, you have to click edit instead of just new post so it was a bit confusing at first.

Summary: Would definitely recommend for schools! It has made my enrollment process so much easier. It is user friendly for my faculty.

Positive: Enroll Me was a great addition to our registration process. It took hours off the office registration and gave the parents less work entering the information online.

Negative: My only drawback is not being able pull reports. I am not able to query out exactly what I need sometimes.

Summary: Very satisfied with Gradelink and will continue to use them in the years to come, even though there have been a few hiccups. I do feel that Gradelink does try to listen and respond to the requests of the client.

Positive: Customer service is very good about responding to inquiries either by phone or by email. I appreciate that they try to resolve any problems or concerns that I have in a timely manner.

Negative: Some features could be updated. I wish we had been informed of the recent password updates ahead of time so that we could have informed families. Instead, I was inundated with school family phone calls and emails because their old passwords no longer worked.

Summary: I've enjoyed the program vs. the one our school previously used which was difficult to manipulate and most certainly Not user friendly.

Positive: I most certainly enjoyed how user friendly is the program. After viewing the quick succinct tutorial videos, I was able to handle the whole thing... this coming from a senior-aged educator that is known to be tech challenged.
It allows to flow from one area to another with ease and smoothness, without deleting what one's working on! Added PLUS, it keeps track of all the grades and figures the percentages automatically!

Negative: I cannot find a dislike. I can only write of my very positive experience with the program!

Summary: Overall I highly recommend both the Gradelink product and company. The support is exceptional and our school's SIS needs are taken care of. Teachers LOVE Gradelink which is so important for obvious reasons.

Positive: Gradelink is easy to use and well-liked by teachers and staff. It satisfies all of our school's basic SIS needs.

Negative: The financial component is a bit simplistic but does the job. The software hasn't changed much over the years which is both a pro and a con as it works well, but there are areas where it could benefit from new features.

Summary: Easy to use. A great way to communicate with parents, students, and administration. You can easily adjust lessons when things pop up!

Positive: I love using Gradelink as a teacher. It's easy to learn and use! It helps me feel on top of my work and it helps communicate with parents on a day to day basis. Now that I am also a parent using the program I can see the benefits immediately on that end, too!

Negative: You can't extend/bump lessons from one quarter to the next.

Summary: Gradelink is a great program that will help you stay organized and keep all of your information all in one place. Because Gradelink is web based, you always have access to your information and can even allow parents and students to access the information that you want them to be able to access. Gradelink offers a variety of features that allows parents to stay informed and definitely makes the enrollment process much easier for everyone. Report cards can easily be published right through Gradelink which saves time and resources.

Positive: Affordable.

I could probably say more but honestly Gradelink is such a great program I don’t think it is possible to list everything we like about it!

Negative: Honestly, we can’t think of anything we dislike about this program.

Summary: It is a good product and works well with state needed forms as well as its ease of use. If you have any issues, they have many online tutorials that go through the process in a visual manor in which my secretary and teachers love.

Positive: Very easy to learn and use. It has all the needed parts to have a school run efficiently and accurately. Its cost is good for the size any type of school we have in Indiana.

Negative: At times the yearly change can be hard. I like to set up the coming year in the early summer.

Summary: Gradelink has simplified keeping track of grades, students, contact info, and attendance much easier. I have used this for many years and continually see the company always working to improve the program.

Positive: My school has been using Gradelink for quite a few years now, and it keeps improving. It is so nice to not have to sit and calculate grades manually at the end of each grading period. If anyone is missing assignments and I have used the "IC" for that assignment, it's easy to print out whatever assignments are missing. I also like the way the parents and students can also keep track of how they are doing and how parents can set up automatic emails for certain grades--both good and not so good ones. If I need to contact a parent, I can easily do it through Gradelink.
Gradelink keeps improving and adding other helpful tools for teachers and office workers.

Negative: It would be nice if when the attendance is done initially in homeroom, other teachers could see who was absent or may be in later on their individual class attendance page for that subject. Our secretary puts notes in but we don't see that on the attendance page--we can only see it on the grading page.

Summary: I love that we are using this system for our school. It is extremely easy to put in grades, and to email either a whole class of students or individual students.

Positive: I love how I can easily put in grades and email either whole classes or individual students. I love how Gradelink lets me send the same email to students one at a time so as to avoid repeatedly typing.

Negative: Gradelink is either very difficult to find the report I am looking for or it is not user friendly enough. I have had difficulty trying to find the report that graphs a student's progress. This is VERY helpful to show parents.

Summary: The website is easy to use for someone that didn’t have to go through training. There are lots of features I have yet to use. It would be great if the interface was updated and if the app on my iPhone and iPad worked.

Positive: I like how the app is easy to use, and I am able to access information from years past. It is easy to learn how to use the overall software.

Negative: The iOS app for my iPad/iPhone does not work. Zooming in on a device other than the laptop causes it to not scroll completely up or down.

Summary: Worked well for our school in our first year, we liked the features we have used so far and the process to share things to next year seems like it will go smoothly as well.

Positive: Easy to use, super helpful resources easily available to answer questions. All questions I submitted to support were answered quickly.

Negative: I wish there was the option to have a combined teacher/admin profile rather than having 2 logins for the different roles.
Some days it seems to log me out faster than others, but that could be my computer not Gradelink.
