CLM for government contractors Date: Jun 21 2024
Summary: We ran a competitive RFP with TechnoMile, Icertis, and Unison and picked TechnoMile CLM -- mainly because the tech behind the solution fit really well with our existing tech stack so integrating to other biz systems was a lot easier. We really like that the company is only focused on building software for govcons (the other two vendors mainly focus on either commercial clm or federal agencies). Happy we picked TM CLM.
Positive: Easy to use, works on either Microsoft Power Platform (Dynamics CRM) and/or AWS / Salesforce CRM platforms - so easy to adopt + integrate with BD, etc. product enhancements a few times a year so application stays advanced/up to date. Contracts Suite software is only meant to be used by government contractors I think - so not commercial or agency focused which is nice. less expensive than some other clm vendors out there.
Negative: Not really a GovCon Suite con, more of a platform con -- the UI of Microsoft Dynamics isn't that intuitive which makes navigating the clm a bit cumbersome.
