Zero customer support and a few mind-boggling bugs that are never fixed Date: Apr 13 2023
Summary: I am stuck on this service until the next good OpenAI alternative pops up. Hopefully, we will get some other services which use ChatGPT-like models.
Positive: Good pricing and so far the only alternative to OpenAI.
I don't know why there is a 100-character minimum on this text field.Negative: They used to have a responsive customer support; now they don't respond to any emails.

There's quite a ridiculous bug which is that any time there are two newlines in a row, like \n\n, the model thinks it's starting an entirely new article. One would think that would be because someone screwed up the training by only separating each text by \n\n rather than <|endoftext|>, but that can't be the case as it's happening in every single model including the ones from Hugging Face such as GPT-Neo etc which were pretrained. To this date I have no idea why this bug is happening nor why no one has yet to notice/fix it.
They also have expressed no desire to incorporate any of the recent ChatGPT-like models such as alpaca, vicuna etc.
