DWR Pro desktop software can be downloaded to your computer or server. DWR Pro costs $1995per concurrent use license/year. Cloud subscriptions are charged per-GB for hosting and there are no hidden fees. The entry-level Single Matter subscription costs $10/GB/Month and has a minimum of $250 per month.     Summary: All my clients are/have transitioned into GoldFynch (from a leading e-Discovery platform). They are extremely happy.

    Positive: Price per Gigabyte is very reasonable and no user fees.
    Easy to use (I have trained is less that 30 minutes) from user POV.
    Easy to use from Admin POV.
    Document rendering during review is fast.
    Customer service is excellent and friendly.

    Negative: Document view does not allow for multiple screens.
    Does not have folder capabilities in saved search queries.
