Used with apollo.io lead data Date: Sep 08 2026
Summary: Apollo plus giggal is the outbound stack that actually works. Apollo for discovery, giggal for verification, keeps sender rep clean and campaigns landing where intended.
Positive: Apollo.io gives us lead data but their verification is basic. Layering giggal on top validates the emails properly before we send outreach. Two tool stack works better than trusting apollo verification alone which we found out the hard way earlier.
Negative: Bulk verification of apollo exports could accept apollo native format.

Handles international domains well Date: Sep 08 2026
Summary: For international b2b work giggal handles the tld variety we deal with. Reliable across the geographic mix our client roster actually looks like day to day.
Positive: Verifies .co.uk, .de, .co.jp, and other international tlds accurately. Some verification tools are basically us focused and choke on international domains which was frustrating with our european and asian target list previously in past tools.
Negative: A per region accuracy report would help international teams like ours.

Fair credit refund policy Date: Sep 07 2026
Summary: Vendor integrity shows up in how they handle their own mistakes. Giggal handled a rare processing hiccup well which is what builds long term customer loyalty.
Positive: Ran into an edge case where a batch had processing issues on their end. Support proactively refunded the affected credits without me needing to ask which was a small thing but the right thing which built loyalty in the moment.
Negative: A self serve credit dispute flow would streamline occasional edge cases.

2fa and security options solid Date: Sep 07 2026
Summary: Security posture matters for any vendor holding our contact data. Giggal meets the bar which for b2b saas dealing with real business data is the minimum expectation.
Positive: Two factor auth available and required for admin roles. Security options match what i expect from a b2b saas handling our contact data. Small thing but signals a vendor takes account security seriously which matters for compliance too.
Negative: Sso support on lower plans would help smaller teams with security needs.

Self serve friendly, sales optional Date: Sep 04 2026
Summary: Self serve friendly means i evaluate and buy on my own timeline. Sales led vendors get skipped for tools that respect buyer autonomy at this stage.
Positive: Full self serve signup and use without needing to talk to sales. Refreshing after evaluating vendors that gate everything behind demos and sales calls. If u want a call they have one available, if u dont u dont need one at all.
Negative: A guided setup wizard would help newcomers self serve faster.

Recruiter reply rate almost doubled Date: Sep 04 2026

Chrome extension saves clicks Date: Sep 04 2026
Summary: Small utility that ends up mattering more than expected. Removes friction from ad hoc verification tasks during research work.
Positive: Extension lets me verify a single email from wherever i am on the web. Handy for quick research and one off checks without opening the main dashboard for every lookup i need to do throughout the day.
Negative: Would love a keyboard shortcut option for the extension.

Handles messy csv formats Date: Sep 02 2026
Summary: Doesnt waste my time on csv format wrangling before every upload. Just accepts what i throw at it and works out the details automatically.
Positive: Giggal is forgiving with csv formats. Different column orders, quoting styles, encoding issues all handled gracefully instead of failing on upload. Coming from tools that were strict about csv format this is a real ops time saver.
Negative: Excel xlsx direct upload without csv conversion would be nice.

Batch queue keeps things organized Date: Sep 02 2026
Summary: Multi job visibility is what makes managing ops workload sane. Queue view is functional enough that i can run 10+ jobs without losing track of any of them.
Positive: Batch queue view lets me see all in flight jobs, their progress, and any that need attention. Small feature that scales well when we run multiple client jobs simultaneously and need visibility into whats happening across the ops workload.
Negative: Would help to have batch priority controls for urgent client work.

Consultant recommendation to clients Date: Sep 01 2026
Summary: Recommend to most clients running outbound at any scale. Consistent good experience across recommendations which reflects on my consulting brand positively.
Positive: Marketing consultant here recommending tools to clients regularly. Giggal is one of my go to recommendations because it works reliably across client contexts and pricing scales down for smaller clients too without feature loss.
Negative: A partner referral program would help consultants like me formalize this.

Summary: Outreach.io sequence performance moved up after routing all data through giggal first. Domain health metrics stayed green over months of steady sending too.
Positive: Outreach.io power user running large sequences. Giggal cleans contact data before it enters the platform which keeps our outreach domain health intact and sequences perform better because the underlying list is clean throughout.
Negative: A native outreach.io app in their marketplace would help adoption.

Response times stay consistent Date: Sep 01 2026
Summary: Consistent response times enable reliable integration design. Giggal doesnt slow down at peak which is not the norm across vendors we have tested.
Positive: Api response times stay consistent whether we hit them at 2am or during peak business hours. Predictable performance is what lets us build reliable workflows around the api without adding retry logic everywhere just in case things get slow.
Negative: P99 latency numbers publicly published would help capacity planning.

Investor outreach that lands Date: Sep 01 2026
Summary: Improved my meeting book rate on fundraising outreach because carefully written notes actually got in front of partners instead of vanishing into bounce logs.
Positive: Fundraising founder here doing cold investor outreach at scale. Giggal verifies vc partner emails before i send carefully personalized notes. Cant afford to burn shots on bounced addresses when u only get one intro per fund basically.
Negative: A vc firm specific verification confidence indicator would be interesting.

Negative: Client specific white label reporting would be great for deliverables.
