Summary: My experience has so far been really good with this system. I like that I receive an email when the patient leaves a review.

Positive: I like that we can send request and reviews for patients. I find it easy to use and able to move around.

Negative: I honestly have not come across anything that I do not like yet.

Summary: I'd suggest giving this a try. We haven't had any complaints and have noticed the benefits to Get More Reviews right away.

Positive: We've been using this for a short time and have already noticed a positive difference from our previous software.

Negative: There are very minor glitches but support has been helpful.

Summary: Overall I have had a great experience with using the product and getting help from customer service. I work for MortgageRight in Punta Gorda FL, a mortgage company, and I need to send a review to every customer at the close of the transaction.

Positive: Great ease of use. Just add the contact with phone number and or email address to send them a review.

Negative: The customer has to be signed into their google account to complete the review and not everyone has a google account.

Summary: Great Product and Great Service. I wish we have the same software used by our ACE affiliate program (as they system does not provide that much flexibility).

Positive: Easy to use system which helps you to automate your reviews mechanism and improve your score. The service level is also amazing (chat and emails).

Negative: Nothing as such. Everything is nice and like everything!

Summary: We are very happy with this platform. For a small monthly fee, we continue to surpass our competition with 5-star reviews.

Positive: I love that I can upload a CSV file of our customer database and the website will do all of the work for me to email out review requests. Can't get much easier than that! Customer support is always great to work with, also.

Negative: I have no cons about Get More Reviews. Great interface.

Summary: Awesome software, i'm so glad we decided to go with Get More Reviews with our reseller program. All of our clients like it and we are seeing great results. I would recommend this software especially if you want to save some money and and get the same core features as Birdeye and Broadly.

Positive: - Customer Support is very responsive through chat or phone call.
- Very similar to BirdEye and Broadly, and less expensive!
- White label options are great for my reseller program.

Negative: - Can't send images with text message.
- The phone number that is sent isn't a local phone number.

Summary: Everything has been great overall. I'm highly impressed with response times from customer service and the functionality of the platform as a whole.

Positive: We switched to Get More Reviews after using Birdeye (Wasted $250 a month) for almost two years. Best decision I ever made. GMR offers no contract at less than half the price of virtually every competitor, and excellent customer service. After using GMR for over a year now I have had zero complaints and zero issues with the service. Our conversion rate has increased on review requests and with the free Zapier integration for automatic review requests the platform is simply unbeatable. This is a no brainer for anyone in need of a reliable and affordable review request service!

Negative: I honestly have no complaints, this is hands down the best option.

Summary: I can't recommend this service enough. Our reviews have gone up, it's simple to use, and their customer service is fantastic. When I've had questions they've helped me out immediately, and even followed up the next day to make sure I was good.

Positive: Getmorereviews.com works great! Our reviews have skyrocketed since signing up with them, and it's very easy to use. They do what they say!

Negative: They don't have all the bells and whistles that the big expensive companies have, but to me that's a Pro as well. Literally all I care about are the reviews, I don't need the bells and whistles.

Positive: I really like that I can have Get More Reviews reach out to my clients via text and email to obtain their feedback and reviews. ITs a simple process with great results!

Negative: A little time to learn the dashboard but the instructional videos are a great help!

Negative: Nothing really. Takes a little while to figure out how to optimise some of the settings, but the chat support and online help is great.
