Summary: We are very happy with our FuelCloud experience and continue to add the same program to our additional yards as we grow. Great product.

Positive: Ease of inputting vehicles or equipment and assigning fuel type, ease of tracking fill-up history and tank levels, app connects quickly to the system and able to work at multiple locations.

Negative: We have not seen any negatives about the products in our use.

Summary: Saves me a lot of time for IFTA reporting and can track by person/truck. It can help keep employees honest and limit fuel use if needed.

Positive: Easy for our drivers to use. We can track by truck, person or see all the daily transactions. We primary went to it for tracking on road diesel in our semi and other vehicles. We use it primary to help IFTA reporting and to keep employees honest. It has features to set limits but we don't do that at this time.

Negative: Our fuel supplier won't let us prepay or sign up for an entire year at a time.

Summary: Overall, it has helped our company cut down on spending for fuel and preserve time, allowing us to accomplish more in the day. We have experienced some issues, but were able to get in contact with the support team after a while which was communicative and helpful.

Positive: I am the administrator for the FuelCloud program at a plumbing & HVAC company, which uses many vehicles to transport our employees to and from job sites, as well as various gas-powered tools for things like excavations. The availability of gas as well as at a lower price than if using traditional gas stations helps our company save so much money and time. It has significantly cut down on wasted time, especially in the mornings as employees refuel their vehicles.

Negative: We have had some issues with the user app for our employees, as well as the hardware not being able to connect to the wifi which services the whole property, so should not be an issue but unfortunately is. We did have a bit of trouble getting in contact with support, but once we were able to it was a positive experience.

Summary: Would recommend to anyone with a fuel tank on the facility. Ease of use for administrator and end user is one of the best things. The reporting allows us to dial in on our fuel usage and costs.

Positive: Very simple to set up and manager from an Administration position. Easy to train end users

Negative: Connectivity issues every once in a while, when using phones/tablets separate from Cloud box tablet.

Summary: It has been a positive experience overall. We did have an issue with the system and Fuel cloud sent a rep out and got it back on.

Positive: It helps us control: Who gets fuel, When they can access fuel, and We can limit how much fuel they can pump.
It also keeps track of how much fuel each person pumps for every transaction. It makes it easy to see who is using the most fuel.
It can tell you how much fuel you have on hand.

Negative: It does not monitor how much fuel is delivered. I have to manually enter the quantities delivered.
It is easy to bypass and pump fuel unmonitored.

Summary: I think it would be great if the staff could show a bit more compassion and really take the time to work through issues instead of just making excuses. It would also be really helpful if they could collaborate with the fuel companies to find solutions, rather than simply telling customers that things are the way they are. It seems like there are quite a few little issues with the system that could be easily resolved!

Positive: The app is incredibly user-friendly and simple to use! It has really made the transition from visiting fueling stations to having fuel tanks right in our yard a breeze. Our team of over 50 employees couldn't be happier!

Negative: The cloud data is not aligning with the information in the fuel tanks, and we are consistently receiving low alerts shortly after the tanks have been filled. We have synchronized our cloud data frequently, which has been quite frustrating. The cloud system should accurately recognize the data we input.

Summary: The concept and feature are good, however, if the integrity of the data is unreliable, it has no substance.
