Summary: Worthy product for Identity and Access management solutions. Multi Factor Authentication can also be easily integrated with the IAM feature.

Positive: The integration and maintenance of their products are effortless and elegant. User management issues are getting solved for our multi-tenant architecture.

Negative: Customization for each client needs to be improved.

Negative: Customer relations can be improved. Customizations have to be increased like more environments.

Summary: Using Frontegg, we are able to focus on developing our product instead of developing a user management service.

Positive: I really like the ease of integration of the Angular Frontegg library with our platform.
As well, Frontegg supports workspaces, so we can use user management in a multi-tenant environment.
The customer support team is very helpful and available, which allows us to have a good experience using the Frontegg app.

Negative: Webhooks in Frontegg could be more customizable and provide more user data.

Summary: Overall working with Frontegg feels modern and great, their world-class support team is always happy to assist with any issue.

Positive: - The biggest pro is Frontegg's built-in support of Multi-tenancy
- Intuitive and modern UX/UI
- Awesome Support Team
- Lots of out-of-the-box widgets
- Multiple environments that are easy to navigate

Negative: - API documentation can be improved
- Might not fit all business models

Summary: A near perfect identity management service with great customer support through out. It could save your development effort.

Positive: Simple Admin box. In-App admin box access. Easy integration. Hooks that cover all the scenarios. Great support.

Negative: Not having 100% control over HTML templates for login/signup screens.

Summary: Overall I think it's a great product with awesome support. I'm really happy with my usage of it and hope they will continue to develop new features.

Positive: The product worked completely out of the box - I just needed minimal knowledge to add it to an existing application and I had a full login box & admin portal.

Negative: Some customizations are still missing - My fonts aren't on google fonts so I had to use a backup font.

Summary: Overall, this is a great product. Frontegg saved us A LOT of time and effort in implementing our identity and user management solution. The other candidates didn't check all of our boxes, and the only one we could find that did - was FrontEgg.
Moreover, ever since we onboarded- the level of support and attention we received from their team of talented engineers and product managers (all the way up to the CTO) has been nothing less than amazing.
We are really happy we picked Frontegg!

Positive: - Ease of implementation
- Outstanding level of support
- Reasonable pricing model
- Great features (and more down the road)

Negative: - Improved notifications mechanism (mostly having something like Slack notifications when certain events occur).
- Integration with a payment/billing system like Stripe, so that we can easily bill our customers based on usage, amount of active users in a tenant, etc.
