Summary: If you need a quick and reliable way to let your customers contact you and are in need of some dev tools to integrate behaviours, automatic actions, etc. then FROGED can fit your bill.
There is a lot of room for improvement on some basic features, but still, not a bad app. Use it and create your own opinion about itPositive: FROGED fits the bill on what you need. You'll have access to a plethora of features to help you understand and help your clients.
There is a learning curve of course, as it is with all this CRM app tools.
You can set a full suite of customer relations tools with no time. API is concise and sdks helps speeding up the process.
I havent went really in deep with all the features, as I have the base plan.Negative: - As a support feature it falls short on speed: Sends you a "nudge" email/push notification saying "this client send you a message", but it doesn't gives you the email. Unless you have the FROGED app or web app opened, you wont be able to prioritize the message. For startups with minimal teams this is really problematic: No one is 100% committed to the same task all day, so you have to stop, open the email then go to the clients message in order to check what the message is about.

- The web app takes a LOT of resources, even opening it on safari slows big time my computer. Same goes for the iOS app -

Summary: The best thing has been to be able to have an easy to edit help book, as well as easy communication by email or automatic messages, however I would like to be able to use the flow in a fluent way.
Positive: It is cheaper than the rest, being a relatively new software it has new functionalities, it has flexibility when it comes to tracking events.
Negative: Being relatively new the functionalities may contain bugs that are difficult to understand their root cause, support is relatively slow due to the time difference.
