It makes logging and approving hours quick and efficient, and I really appreciate how everything is centralized for payroll and HR tracking. On the downside, I think the mobile experience could be smoother and some customization/reporting features could be expanded. Still, overall, Folks is a great tool that simplifies time management for both employees and managers.

On the Timesheet page, being able to view the current week along with the previous and following weeks would provide a better overview and help catch errors or missed entries more easily. These are not major issues but small changes that could make an already solid tool even more efficient.

I have been using Folks HR for a couple of years. Getting started was smooth. Our HR team took care of the setup, and learning to use it was straightforward. Overall, it has been a useful tool for handling everyday HR tasks and saving time.

Negative: I don't have many criticisms about Folks HR. However, one feature I would like to see is the ability to view subsections directly under the main sections on the left-hand menu. For example, under Time Management, it would be helpful to see options like Absences, Vacations, Banked Hours, or Timesheet listed right away, so I could click on them directly from the main page.

On the Timesheet page, it would also be helpful to view the current week along with the previous and next weeks. This could make it easier to spot upcoming irregularities, such as national holidays, or to notice anything I may have forgotten to complete in the previous week.
