Summary: Good performance management tool track KPIs and leads. I would recommend this tool for SME which don't want to use too many different software tools.

Positive: I like the CRM tool to follow up with leads. Recently we started to use the OKR tool which is quite helpful for all employees.

Negative: Needs more integrations to other software providers.

Summary: Very good, highly to recommend, specially the KPI system and reporting. I need to dig deeper into the 360 and reward system.

Positive: Can easily track my teams and my own performance, training no and sales. I like the reporting on the KPIs and the dashboards, easy via drag and drop to have the overview of the most important KPIs.

Negative: So far no complaints, I haven't used the other features of this software.

Summary: We implemented the OKR cycle to measure our progress on a more frequent approach. FlowyTeam helps us a lot to keep us on track to achieve our strategies more effectively.

We use the weekly checkin to update our Key Results on a regular basis.

I love the drag and drop dashboards, we can now concentrate on the most important KPIs to be monitored on real time

Summary: Our organization uses the Attendance function to capture the mood and spend time of team members, specially this is important when every works from home.
We can upload our own performance video content on the resource hub platform of FlowyTeam to have more learning effects for our employees.

Negative: Nothing really. Every thing is find and great . And it’s easy to use.

Summary: A well designed and drafted system, to enhance agile goal setting and engagement tools. So far all promises are fulfilled.

Negative: No negative experience so far, but we want to more modules..let's see.

Negative: So many tools FlowyTeam offers. We only use 3-4, the others we disabled in the system.

Negative: We use also Asana, an integration would be good to pull some data.

Positive: Great release of google analytics integration, cant wait to see more integration options in FlowyTeam.

Negative: Was waiting for more integrations, support of FlowyTeam confirmed that they will release soon Zapier integration.

Summary: Project management that is comparable with Asana, like the easy set up of FlowyTeam, smooth operations.

Positive: Better project management for better time and budget planning. Uploading for files is a real nice bonus.

Negative: Maybe visual project dashboard can be improved.

Summary: Use the learning hub of FlowyTeam to set OKRs right and avoid pitfalls. Affordable tool for smaller companies.

Positive: I love the OKR and KPI section of FlowyTeam. You can link task management to the OKRs and take action to achieve the KRs.

Negative: Can be a bit cumbersome to set OKRs if you are nit familiar with the OKR framework.
