While FastFox runs in the background, users can effortlessly type their shortcuts in any application, including word processors and email clients. This software is particularly beneficial for individuals who often repeat the same text, as it enhances typing speed and productivity by providing simple access to commonly used phrases through abbreviations or other shortcuts. FastFox also tracks your most frequently typed phrases and offers suggestions as you type, allowing for quick selection and insertion of text whenever needed. By integrating the convenience of autocomplete into all your typing tasks, FastFox significantly streamlines the writing process. Experience the efficiency of having your favorite phrases just a keystroke away.

FastFox is OK, but has limitations

    Date: Aug 14 2025

Summary: 4 out of 5. Anyway, the product does what I need it to do, can be learned by people with a high school education and no coding skills needed. So from that respect it is perfect. But it is limited to only 999 abbreviations, which is nowhere disclosed in the documentation. Hence grade reduced to 4/5.

Positive: Easy to learn, easy to use. What more do I need to say. The fact that I have to write a minimum 100 character overall evaluation is a disincentive to use this platform.

Negative: Limited # of abbreviations to ~999. My office needs more, so worked around by deleting some less frequently used ones. No way to buy or create a larger database of abbreviations.
