Summary: We were happy with their services and software but their business practice's are terrible they sure don't seem to appreciate a good customer.

Negative: After doing business with them for many years we closed our account and they continued to charge our bank account for hundreds of dollars in subscription fees and refusing to refund them no matter what we did to close the account.
