    Summary: The true value of a product and company should not be assessed by when things work perfectly. It is when products, components, and systems fail that a business competency and commitment to you, the customer, is revealed. My business spent 11 years with a prior system. I was lured by pretty lights and promised enhancements into the CCI FASCARD product. It was great until the satellite up-link failed, and then the nightmare began. FASCARD is simply NOT WORTH IT.

    Positive: this product presents well and offers enhanced features such as automatic machine price matching and various payment/value add options.

    Negative: Technical support is deplorable and incompetent. A satellite up-link failure will bring your business to it's knees. It is extremely difficult to get approval for a warranty replacement. When authorization is finally given, the component will ship UPS ground and take a week to arrive. Next Day Air or priority shipping is charged to the customer... even in emergency warranty circumstances.

    Summary: We invested allot of money buying into this solution. Now we are researching to move away. Don’t make a mistake of buying this proprietary and unreliable hardware.

    Positive: There is not much to say positive about the system. Maybe that the CC readers look nice?

    The cloud software is pretty good, lots of reports.

    Negative: - Satellite hardware for CC processing keeps going down, need to send a person to reset it every time
    - this happens at least to 2-3 sites once per month
    - the company pretends that it’s doing something about it and they don’t
