Summary: Great so far, much happier with it. I was hesitant to switch because I was worried it'd be too much to have another application but its actually fine, it integrates where we need it and it's worth it for how much easier this is.

Positive: It's available where I need it, on my phone but also on my computer. It has groups for me to organize my clients. It has a broadcast for sending generalized messages to multiple people. I also share the number with someone else so its nice to share the ability to text easily.

Negative: Nothing so far, I thought the 2 factor authentication code was annoying but I toggled it off.
