Summary: Started to use Flowlu a few months ago with a free trial. I used Zoho CRM for a year before, but it came to be too complicated and high-cost. Then I found Flowlu and decided to try it. I was skeptical about it at first, because I've never heard about it before, but as it was a free trial so why not.
I mostly looked for CRM tools, but I was surprised that Flowlu has more than just client management. I also found it very useful that Flowlu has modules for task and project management, Agile, accounting and knowledge base. Really impressed that just a single software can have so many things without side integrations.

Positive: Works very well after the last update. Really love that the CRM module has all essential features and they’re fully customizable. And I tried the Agile module. There are lots of handy tools for task and project management. I guess I’m going to work more often in this module.
The main point is that Flowlu has automations. And these automations are not only for the CRM module, but also for tasks, accounting and Agile. It saves much time.

Negative: There was an issue with loading speed, but it was quickly fixed and I have no bad experience with Flowlu beyond that.

Summary: Really liked its project management and Agile modules. Flowlu is really affordable and has all essential that every business needs. Automations is a must-have feature and save time on routine do-dos.

Positive: I use Flowlu to manage my building projects. As I'm new in such a software, I tried to find something affordable and fully featured at that time. I started to use Flowlu with a 14-day trial and I was so impressed that switched to the subscription. I was mostly impressed with tools for project management, because I've never heard of Agile and it was first time for me to try it. But Agile is not really suits my need, so I currently use the Project module. I like that I can break my projects into stages , link tasks and monitor progress step-by step. My team is using Flowlu as well, so we communicate mostly in group and project chats. It's really handy, because before Flowlu we communicated via messengers, but most of our projects were on excel, so it took lots of time on switching between pages. Thanks to Flowlu, I have more time for important tasks right now, because most of routine is on Flowlu's automations right now.

Negative: There is no missing features but an e-signature. And the support chat is responding too slow, but it's a common problem when it comes to cloud-based software.

Summary: As an advanced CRM user, I’d like to say that Flowlu is the most user-friendly solution. Moreover, it’s ready-to-use, so it doesn’t take a lot of time to implement it. And I was shocked that Flowlu offers a free plan with automations, CRM and knowledge base. I mean, most companies are asking for a high price even for such base features, while Flowlu can give it out for free. By the way, if you compare Flowlu with other CRMs, it is much more affordable.

Positive: It saves a lot of money on using other apps, because you don't have to use them while there is Flowlu. Really, it has everything that I need, even integrations with Gmail and Google Calendar. I used Zoho before, but switched to Flowlu because of the pricing and poor Zoho Interface. Thanks to Flowlu, there is a CSV import and export, so I moved quickly.

Negative: Support team sometimes is not responding, but you can request a response on the Flowlu FB community.

Summary: I like Flowlu because it’s a friendly and complex tool for everything. For such a price it’s a godsend!

Positive: I’ve found Flowlu as a CRM solution for my startup, but as it has lots of other tools for task and project management I’m using it to manage all of my projects right now. I have never been using such a software before, so it was essential for me to Flowlu is a user-friendly solution with intuitive interface. Our team is not a big one, so Flowlu saves much time for more profitable things because of CRM and finance automation. Now, I don’t have to send and set up invoices manually, I just create templates and use recurring invoices with online payments. There are lots of online payment solutions, so you can find the one that suits you. I also use email integrations to automatically send eoffers and follow-ups to clients. It's extremely easy with automation rules for pipelines, because it works once you set it up. And the main point is that Flowlu is affordable and has a discount for annual subscription. Moreover, you don’t have to pay for each person and you pay for the whole team.

Negative: Sometimes it takes too much time for the support team to answer.

Summary: Flowlu is the best solution if you’re looking for an all-in-one business management tool. It suits both office workers and freelancers. As I’m using Flowlu as a communication and task management tool, some of my friends are using it to manage their finances and clients. There are even automation tools on Flowlu that I hope to try one day!

Positive: Most of my time I work remotely, and even if my team is not that big, it was hard to communicate with them and manage all projects in a bunch of apps, so I’ve started to use all-in-one tools. I've been with Flowlu since 2019 and it was an amazing experience, they’re always developing and I’m excited about what features they are going to add with the next update! The first thing that has made me purchase Flowlu is task management features. I didn’t like keeping my data and managing tasks in two different apps, but with Flowlu, I can easily perform such things in one place and at the same time! My team is using Flowlu as well, so we’re communicating through chats or even in comments. I was really surprised that there are comment sections in each project, it made our interaction more efficient because we can discuss all details on the spot. The second thing is that Flowlu is cloud-based, so I can use it even on my phone with a mobile app. All my data, projects and tasks are still with me whenever I am at that moment. I’m so happy not to be worried about losing my data or communication with the team when I’m on a business trip, which means a lot for me.

Negative: It was hard to get used to the mobile app, but I guess it’s just my thing :)

Summary: I like that it can be used for all tasks, me and my team are really enjoying it! By the way, it saves me a lot of time because I don’t have to switch between different apps. If you want to keep all things in one place and manage your work easily — Flowlu is a salvation.

Positive: I’m so happy that I don’t have to spend a lot of money buying different tools for each task. Flowlu is an all-in-one solution and it helps me to manage my accounting and project management at the same time. And I really like that the UI is so easy to understand, it helped me a lot when I’ve just started to use Flowlu.

Negative: It’s hard to find flaws in this app and it’s still developing, so I’m just waiting for new features to come out.

Summary: I have tried multiple project management SaaS products. I've tried Zoho, Pipedrive, NiftyPM, and Hubspot CRM. They've all been good...in their own ways, but I have to sacrifice 'something' with each product. I finally found Flowlu, a solution that allows me to manage everything in one place! No more juggling SaaS products for project management and CRM management. Having all information in one place normally means paying out the wahoo for a high-end, established product. Not with Flowlu! For a reasonable price, you get a well-designed, beautiful all-in-one management tool.

Positive: Flowlu is a beautifully designed CRM / accounting / product management tool. This tool performs to many different functions it will make your head explode.

Negative: The UI appears slightly dated. I recommend working with a UI designer to better organize the dashboard and simplify main screen.

Summary: Thanks for having all the features in one app to save my time switching apps and losing track of things. This is the one app you need if you want to manage everything at your fingertips

Positive: This is the only app I use for my business now. They have project management, task, CRM, Knowledge base and few more built in the app. I got rid of multiple apps and started using Flowlu for the amazing features they have.

Negative: Right now I don't think they have any cons, This is prefect for my use case.

Summary: This software can be used by any industry and offers so many features. It is a good experience and the value for money is great! Highly recommended!

Positive: Excellent project and task management software. Very easy to use, with Flowlu you don't have to be an expert to get started. One of the best parts of this software is that it is cloud-based so it can be accessed anywhere. It consists of all the features more than your expectations. I use it manly for task and project management although the finance module seems very robust too. We have been using CRM module as well, to manage customers and opportunities, which greatly simplifies and speeds up our work.

Negative: The mobile app is not that intuitive. Reports could be improved.
