Summary: Myself and all of our JCMs are really enjoying the updates, new reports and dashboards. Great system to work with and I have worked with quite a few over the year and with other agencies.
Positive: FAMCare is really very user friendly and the new additions for this year are AWESOME! As a supervisor the new dashboard makes my daily reviewing of my team so much easier and I actually enjoy logging into FAMCare now. The new reports that can be run and the calendar feather is great. The team is also enjoying the ease of the system this year as well.
The FAMCare support is also amazing. Any questions that we have, they answer in a very timely manner and the Help desk is always on it and gets any questions answered for our team and if an issue arises, they fix it almost always on the same day, and usually within the same hour as it being reported. This is huge for our daily job function.Negative: After the revisions to our system program, I really don't have anything negative to say.

Summary: Overall this platform provides a customizable system and several reporting tools. Great experience.
Positive: The Global Vision Technologies team was great with setting up meetings to customize the platform.
Negative: Challenge with logging into Task Manager.

Summary: The support team we have in place currently has made all the difference! They are anticipatory to our needs, management has responded quickly and decisively with any concerns or questions. Most importantly, the organization responds well to any feedback. They use positives and negatives to continually improve.
Positive: Overwhelming at first; however, the GVT support team in place has been instrumental in anticipating our needs. Management responded quickly to any concerns and aided in prompt solutions. The program does so much more than we originally thought.
Negative: There is a steep learning curve for customization; however, we have had fabulous support.
