Summary: I use Expensya to upload my reallocation payments. I realised that the application has too many options to help with the reports and steps are really clear to the user.Very easy processes for all employees. Never handled expenses so easy like I do with Expensya. Overall great tool.

Positive: A must-have tool for managing expenses and keeping track of one's responsibilities. When you are busy, having the option to snap a picture of an expense is a lifesaver. Auto-completion feature is an added bonus. Negative: Nothing so far. Great tool with lots of features. Great customer supports. Even there is a problem we can easily seek help.

Summary: Expensya has made my life easier and I am able to track all my expenses better than ever. Truly great software to have.

Positive: Expensya provides you with the amazing ability to maintain and retrieve expenses which are collected directly from the merchants. You can track or generate reports at the end of any period easily.

Negative: Occasionally it would crash but a quick restart helps instantly.

Summary: Expensya is highly recommended for people as well as businesses that want to maintain and track their expenses in paperless format.

Positive: The best part of Expensya is that it allows you to scan and upload invoices issued by the seller and thereafter, processed swiftly by Expensya. Reports are generated which provide a detailed tally of all the expenditures.

Negative: Hope there were more frequent updates to the software.

Summary: Expensya has really helped me to focus on my business rather than focusing on bills and invoices, overall loved it!

Positive: Expensya enables me to track all my spends under one roof. Invoice generation and outstanding bill collection can all be maintained in Expensya.

Negative: Very rarely the mobile version would black out but data is always safe.

Summary: Greatly appreciate all the efforts put in by the Developers to make such an affordable accounting software.

Positive: Expensya is like a private virtual accountant that makes all the accounting entries for me, prepares income and expense statement and accounting ledgers.

Negative: Not at the moment as I have been using it only for 7-8 months now.

Summary: I did not have any problems while using Expensya. I was one of the main people who participated during the implementation of this software and without a doubt we did not have any problems, the primary use process was quite simple, in addition, the support team was always attentive to answer all our questions and ensure that using Expensya became an easy task for everyone. The process of adapting to the platform for all our employees was quite fast, it took us approximately 1 week to adapt. We are happy with Expensya and satisfied with the results obtained for more than 1 year.

Positive: Mainly, one of the things that I liked the most about Expensya is that it is a fairly automated system, a large part of the information that is in the expense reports is elaborated thanks to the fact that Expensya obtains the expense information in an automated way. This system integrates very easily with all kinds of services, in order to monitor the expenses that each user makes and thus be able to register it in the main panel, in addition, it also connects with payment processors, bank accounts and many other platforms to be able to keep a full control of business expenses. For our company, Expensya has become a real solution during all this time, I love how my bosses have been able to manage all the expenses of the company, I like how we can all generate payment invoices in our company thanks to Expensya, the Invoice they are quite detailed and this has helped us to generate more sales in our company. This software undoubtedly has great potential to control expenses in a company.

Positive: Expensya maintains all receipts and expenditures like a true accounting personnel would do but at a very low price.

Summary: Using Expensya to handle expenditure in my company. It comes with several features such as automatic capture of bills. We don't have to waste a lot of paper. it is a friendly way to submit an invoice. Embedded on the cloud, so that we don't have to install anything on our device. IOS app and android app are really good. I can easily send my expense reports to my manager.

Positive: Expensya is an automation tool to manage the financial transaction. We can directly transfer employees' salaries directly to their bank accounts.
It's really easy to enter expenses in terms of one currency and convert them into some other currency. It Provides connectors for popular Finance and CRM. It's really easy to create pre-built and custom reports. We can create the same report in multiple languages.

Negative: At first, it was a little bit tricky. But they have a great customer support system to help at any time. Really lucky to have such a product.

Summary: Even best tools possess some down points, and so is Expensya. Seeing Expensya's growth and it overall performance, i definitely would recommend it to other especially who are involved in expense management or in similar activities. At least once, everyone should go for Expensya. Hope it won't disappoint and provide promising returns.

Positive: Expensya is super easy to operate and control or retrieve data without any use of pen & paper work. It helps in saving delays for sales administrative department in the invoicing phase to our customer, which may lead to cash issues. Also it allows our accountants to easily track and validate expense reports.Its growing with a full pace as an expense management tool.

Negative: Expensya team should work on improving the scan learning curve. It's also difficult for the newbies to operate Expensya and troubles in setting up for different entities in the same mother company.

Summary: Expensya is a solid solution we use everyday to manage expenses in a very easier way. It has a simple easy and friendly interface that makes it simple to get started with and it makes extremely easy to scan documents. Overall, I'm pleased with Expensya's performance and I recommend it.

Negative: It's difficult to set up different entities within the same organization, hopefully they get to fix this and reaching customer support is a daunting task.

Summary: As i mentioned, Expensya has performed exceptionally well for us and can definitely be used for long term basis. Negative: Since the tool has many functionalities, it may take some time for a newbie to get onboard. It houses a lot of features so this could be a little overwhelming at first.

Positive: I used Expensya for our business to track all invoices especially with the use of modern payment gateways like Paypal, Paymaya, Gcash and Grabpay. With Expensya, overseas payment is very helpful since taxes are also calculated automatically thus making our spending controlled and well regulated.

Negative: Very cost effective and not hard to use thus confirming that there are no negative thing that I found with the system.
