Great DMS, Great Service! Date: May 10 2023
Summary: We love EverLogic. It really lives up to what it advertises. They are straightforward during the buying phase, telling you up from what they could and could not promise us. And what they did promise, they delivered.
If you are looking for a new DMS, they are worth a call!Positive: First, EverLogic is very user-friendly and super easy to use. There's nothing fancy about it, but that's why I love it. The integration with QuickBooks is seamless. Also, they did not mess around during our onboarding. When they told us 30 days, they were truly on point.
What really separates EverLogic is customer service. They are friendly, engaging, and patient. They also are knowledgeable about not just their software, but the hardware they integrate with. They also know a great deal about QuickBooks issues.Negative: You could say it looks outdated, but its functionality more than makes up for it. In fact, I think the look adds to the functionality.
