Positive: EventsAir is a strong all-in-one event management platform, offering customizable registration, integrated apps for virtual and in-person events, real-time reporting, automation of communications, and efficient onsite solutions like badge printing and check-in. It’s scalable for small to large events, supports sponsors and exhibitors well, and provides reliable security and compliance with helpful customer support.

Negative: EventsAir can be complex to learn at first, with a steep setup curve and a less intuitive interface compared to some competitors. Customisation options can sometimes feel rigid, and certain features require extra time or support to configure. It can also be costly for smaller events, and occasional system slowdowns or glitches.

Summary: I love EventsAir and really enjoy using the product. The staff at EventsAir are helpful and incredibly attentive. I 100% recommend EventsAir to any event planners.

Positive: I love having all online aspects of the event is in one place, from the registration data to the mobile app.

Negative: The response time using the new support feature isn't s quick as it used to be.

Summary: Overall, I am a huge fan of EA! I have used other platforms (ie c vent) and was very happy the day I went back to EA!

Positive: I love the user experience. Extremely user friendly and the available training is very thorough. I'm still learning how to advance my experience but after using this platform for two years, I've learned a lot from my colleagues and from exploring myself.

Negative: I wish they had was the ability to see the app in real time and edit as you go. Having to open a new window on my desktop computer as well, isn't always accurate to the app experience.
Additionally, I wish there was a way to quickly report on who receieved which emails. The only options are on the individual's profile, or if you remembered to as a Tag Code and pull a comprehensive report filtering by the tag code. So, there are ways to get the information, it's just not as easy as the other features in EA.

Summary: Overall happy using the product and highly recommend it to event organisers and agencies as an event management platform, online, in-person or hybrid.

Positive: Well thought out design, attention to detail, covers most functions related to event registrations, easy to use.

Negative: Some financial functions are not very intuitive e.g. balancing payments for registration cancellations, and mobile app has limitations.

Summary: The system requires dedication to learn it's complexities so that you can get your ROI. Once you do that though, it makes your event planning so much smoother. I love the automations that we have set-up for our delegate journeys.

Positive: So flexible - we can always find a way to configure our set-up to accommodate our complex ticket options for our event portfolio.

Negative: The attendee app - although it's modern theme has improved it significantly, there is still a little way to go to enhance the networking features.

Summary: The more I work with EventsAir, the more I like it but also the more I realise that there is still a lot of items I am not or less familiar with. Learning something new regularly and being able to explain it to colleagues, works well for me!

Positive: There are several reasons I like working with EventsAir:
- The modular setup, so one can combine the scientific content (programme) and commercial content (exhibition, sponsoring) in the same setup, but do not need to do so.
- The freedom to create events with different requirements, each event can be customised to the requirements of the (end) customer.
- The AirBot responses for simple 'How to' questions. If the question is clear enough, the response is quick and complete.

Negative: As it allows so much, it is also challenging to get to the 'Best Practices' of the application. As a result, getting to 'know' the product takes quite some time.
One of the items I seriously miss in the application, is the option to upload data via excel in other sections of the application than the Attendee data.

Summary: My overall experience is very good. It's really something we are currently rolling out on all our events.

Positive: It's easy to use, user friendly and amazing! It's the ease of having clients register for an event we host.

Negative: Sometimes the back end is complicated but once someone shows you, it's like feeding a baby.

Summary: Overall it's a convenient software and the team is great to work with.

Some thing to improve is definitely the speaker bio on Mobile App...

Positive: One stop management for all events.

I like how EA teams always listen and improve the platform. Whenever i have an issue, the team will respond quickly with a solution.

The EA team also will review and improve the platform to make it better.

For functionality, i like that flexibility it offers and create a lot of possibility for our team and the clients.

Negative: Not having Presentation integrated in the comprehensive reporting.

Mobile App can be done a bit better

In most cases, it's as simple as dragging and dropping elements into the registration, abstract submission, or website builder. A clear recommendation for anyone looking to work efficiently and get things done quickly.

Positive: EventsAir allows us to manage virtually every aspect of our events within a single platform — from registration and abstract submission to hotel bookings and beyond. The user interface is intuitive and well-structured, which significantly shortens the onboarding time for new team members. Most colleagues are able to familiarize themselves with the key workflows within just a few days.

Negative: The abstract submission portal offers limited configuration options, which occasionally requires implementing workarounds that may not be entirely robust. Additionally, the website builder currently feels somewhat underdeveloped and lacks flexibility. However, I've heard that improvements are already underway, and I'm hopeful that future updates will address these issues.

Summary: EventsAir is a robust and feature-rich platform that effectively supports complex event management needs. While it requires some time to learn, its versatility and all-in-one functionality make it a valuable tool for professional event organizers.

Positive: EventsAir is a powerful all-in-one event management platform suited for in-person, virtual, and hybrid events. The team appreciate its comprehensive features, user-friendly interface, and regular updates.

Negative: It has a learning curve and occasional technical issues but these happen rarely and are actioned quickly.

Summary: Overall, we really enjoy using Events Air. We have trialed other services, but Events Air always seems to come out on top. I would use any other service as Events Air provides (almost) everything we need!

Positive: Events Air is so easy to use yet has a lot of features that allows us to provide so much detail in our event registrations.
The Events Air team are always on hand to help when issues arise and are often able to fix them very promptly.
The team have also worked with our company to develop certain aspects of EA, to improve the efficiency specifically for us as a business. This is a very important type of service to have, and I know we all appreciate it.

Negative: There are some missing features (like having a transfer section similar to accommodation and travel), that would make it even better for us when organizing our events. For now, we use the functions tab, but a dedicated transfer section would be fantastic!
The system does sometimes freeze and we all lose access every now and then. Improving whatever causes this and reducing how often it happens, would definitely be an advantage as it would save us wasted time.

Summary: I’ve been using EventsAir for over 20 years, and I’ve seen firsthand how far it has come. What started as a solid event management platform has grown into an incredibly powerful, versatile and customisable solution. The functionality updates over the years have not only kept the platform relevant—they’ve accelerated in pace, and I’m constantly impressed with the thought and strategy behind each enhancement.

Positive: EventsAir is a powerful and adaptable event management solution that delivers on functionality without sacrificing usability. Whilst it is complex in it's abilities, it is also quite simple to use with functions for whatever your event size or requirement.

Negative: While the platform includes a lot of legacy functionality, the team at EventsAir is constantly working to improve, modernize, and stay relevant in a fast-changing industry. Their commitment to updates and enhancements is clear.

Summary: I appreciate the customer service response to tickets I have submitted. Any issues in the program typically get addressed and fixed with update releases. I originally started with Peopleware back in the early 2000's which transitioned over time to the amazing EventsAir platform.

Positive: EventsAir offers a number of modules to build a platform that meets your needs and functions well. Very customizable and user friendly!

Negative: The things I didn't like have been addressed through frequent updates.

Summary: Overall, I find the EventsAir technology solution to be exceptional and highly effective in its purpose.

Positive: - Exceptional sales and support team
- A tech solution that is evolving and equipped to handle all aspects of event management

Negative: - Flexibility in choosing a payment gateway has been removed, which is an inconvenience and limiting

Summary: Overall, my experience with EventsAir is good. Like I said, it works well for my company and my line of work.

Positive: Jason Kendrick was a great tech to work with. He was very proficient with the inner workings of EventsAir. EventsAir is great for what my company uses it for. Membership records, registration forms etc. EventsAir makes it pretty easy to customize the small things in a form.

Negative: Updates to the software that would be helpful in my line of work aren’t always available.
