    Summary: Overall, I am a huge fan of EA! I have used other platforms (ie c vent) and was very happy the day I went back to EA!

    Positive: I love the user experience. Extremely user friendly and the available training is very thorough. I'm still learning how to advance my experience but after using this platform for two years, I've learned a lot from my colleagues and from exploring myself.

    Negative: I wish they had was the ability to see the app in real time and edit as you go. Having to open a new window on my desktop computer as well, isn't always accurate to the app experience.
    Additionally, I wish there was a way to quickly report on who receieved which emails. The only options are on the individual's profile, or if you remembered to as a Tag Code and pull a comprehensive report filtering by the tag code. So, there are ways to get the information, it's just not as easy as the other features in EA.

    Summary: The system requires dedication to learn it's complexities so that you can get your ROI. Once you do that though, it makes your event planning so much smoother. I love the automations that we have set-up for our delegate journeys.

    Positive: So flexible - we can always find a way to configure our set-up to accommodate our complex ticket options for our event portfolio.

    Negative: The attendee app - although it's modern theme has improved it significantly, there is still a little way to go to enhance the networking features.

    Using an application that has it all!

    Summary: The more I work with EventsAir, the more I like it but also the more I realise that there is still a lot of items I am not or less familiar with. Learning something new regularly and being able to explain it to colleagues, works well for me!

    Positive: There are several reasons I like working with EventsAir:
    - The modular setup, so one can combine the scientific content (programme) and commercial content (exhibition, sponsoring) in the same setup, but do not need to do so.
    - The freedom to create events with different requirements, each event can be customised to the requirements of the (end) customer.
    - The AirBot responses for simple 'How to' questions. If the question is clear enough, the response is quick and complete.

    Negative: As it allows so much, it is also challenging to get to the 'Best Practices' of the application. As a result, getting to 'know' the product takes quite some time.
    One of the items I seriously miss in the application, is the option to upload data via excel in other sections of the application than the Attendee data.

    Events Air Makes My Days Easier

    Summary: Overall, we really enjoy using Events Air. We have trialed other services, but Events Air always seems to come out on top. I would use any other service as Events Air provides (almost) everything we need!

    Positive: Events Air is so easy to use yet has a lot of features that allows us to provide so much detail in our event registrations.
    The Events Air team are always on hand to help when issues arise and are often able to fix them very promptly.
    The team have also worked with our company to develop certain aspects of EA, to improve the efficiency specifically for us as a business. This is a very important type of service to have, and I know we all appreciate it.

    Negative: There are some missing features (like having a transfer section similar to accommodation and travel), that would make it even better for us when organizing our events. For now, we use the functions tab, but a dedicated transfer section would be fantastic!
    The system does sometimes freeze and we all lose access every now and then. Improving whatever causes this and reducing how often it happens, would definitely be an advantage as it would save us wasted time.

    Summary: I appreciate the customer service response to tickets I have submitted. Any issues in the program typically get addressed and fixed with update releases. I originally started with Peopleware back in the early 2000's which transitioned over time to the amazing EventsAir platform.

    Positive: EventsAir offers a number of modules to build a platform that meets your needs and functions well. Very customizable and user friendly!
