Summary: I organized a small event for my team (50 participants), Summer Days. It took me some time to figure out the setup and data entry process. Since event planning is not something I do regularly, the platform’s features indirectly helped me structure the information in a way that ensured participants had the best possible experience.

Positive: I chose Eventleaf because it’s an affordable application, and all the features I needed for organizing the event are available, easy to set up, and simple to use.

Negative: Including the mobile app in all plans would be a great addition.

Summary: So far, I have really enjoyed using Eventleaf as an administrator and user. It has been so easy to use, even for someone who is not highly skilled in technology. It has a lot of features that I was impressed to see in an event app like this and I love how you can customize it for your event. We are using this app for a conference and to track and provide continuing education credits, and it has exceeded our expectations. We love the features of being able to put more detail about our speakers and their talks, putting the continuing education surveys directly in the app, and being able to add information about our sponsors. The Eventleaf team has also been great to work with. Highly recommend this app for anyone hosting conferences or continuing education events!

Positive: I love all the features that Eventleaf offers and how you can customize your event very easily. I began using the app as an administrator and am using it for a conference as an administrator and user. It was very easy to customize the web pages with the conference information. I was impressed that we were able to upload pictures and bios of the speakers and include abstracts of each talk to make it easier for attendees to find the talk they want to attend. We were able to make our Eventleaf page similar to our virtual program, which is a unique feature of the app and very helpful to users. This was my first time using the app and I was very happy to see that we could add surveys so that attendees can complete the survey through the app to earn continuing education credits. This makes it so much easier to track when people check in and out of talks and tracking continuing education information. I also liked that we could customize the features we wanted on our page. For example, you can set it to where users can register themselves for the event through the app, but we have attendees register through our site, so we were able to customize our page and remove the option to register on site. You can customize the check-in and check-out codes to either numbers or words, and can enable a feature to allow users to communicate with each other through the app. Something else I want to point out is that there is a sponsor page where you can upload logos and brief bios for the sponsors of your event. We have never had this feature in the past, so I'm excited to have an additional advertising opportunity for our sponsors, and think they will really appreciate being viewable in the app.

I also want to note that the Eventleaf guide staff have been so helpful to us as we navigated creating our event page. They were very quick to answer questions and were very helpful!

Negative: For the check-in and check-out codes, there is a timestamp so you can see when individuals check in and check out. This is helpful to have as some career fields require you to check-in and check-out within a certain time frame from the event in order to earn continuing education credits (i.e., have to prove that you attended most of the event to earn credit). Something that could be considered to add to this feature would be to put an expiration time for checking in and out of an event. For example, there could be a setting that administrators could add an expiration to the code so that people have to check in within a certain time of the event starting.

Summary: Very happy with Eventleaf! I used to be in charge of a large convention and would have killed for this software to make my life (and my team's) so much easier. Now as a volunteer coordinator for a small nonprofit, I love how it makes us look very professional, that our members aren't presented with ads, and that we can easily customize everything (registration fields, event website, communications, etc.)

Positive: So easy to use with no training.
Covers all the bases for event planning (registration, promotion, communication, etc.)
Looks so professional.
Easy to customize registration fields, reminders, the event page, etc.
The event calendar and tags are great!

Negative: I think I am only using a fraction of its capabilities and can't wait to explore more. Nothing yet.

Summary: See above description in “Pros” as we have only had a positive experience thus far. Thoughts outlined above.

Positive: We have found the Eventleaf software to be incredibly helpful for our training event. We have used other registration softwares in the past that were not nearly as beneficial. We loved that we could customize the page with our branded colors and logos. It makes for a seamless transition between our webpage and the EventLeaf site. We could even customize the URL! We were excited to be able to upload our contacts and send them from this platform, instead of having to use another platform to communicate. We are excited to have an integrated app that we can edit and customize. We loved how the software is structured for our event. It is easy to know where all the different pieces of information go. The default confirmations are great too, and we don’t have to create everything from scratch. We look forward to our future events with EventLeaf and only wish we had found it sooner!

Negative: We have been very happy with the product thus far.

Summary: I really like this tool but find that i had to spend a lot of time learning how to use it and set it up via you tube videos and Google.

Positive: Functionality. Customer service. Reminders emails. Reports.

Negative: User interface. needs to have pop up instructions for edit / set up functions.

Summary: We're enjoying the platform and will continue to offer it as a recommended option to our customers!

Positive: Eventleaf is an organized dream. It's so easy to create really dynamic registration for various attendee types. Most of the platform is "just enough" customization where you can set up a really clean design without being overwhelmed by features. The integrated electronic payments has made our work much easier, and we'll continue to explore the at-event features this fall! The dashboards and reports have already been amazing, but we'll continue to explore those as well.

Negative: I'd like to see the page design options made a little more robust, specifically the general information section (formatting is tricky) and being able to reorder the sections. I'd also love to see the ability to upload a logo within the registration, and the ability to back-end tag registrants. Finally, I'd LOVE to see confirmation emails be tailored to the registration types.

Summary: Between our two annual conferences our attendance varies, and Eventleaf is perfect for scaling up and down as needed.

Positive: The flexibility is amazing. When using it for our IT conferences, Eventleaf takes the painstaking process of gathering vendor and attendee information and makes it easy.

Negative: None thus far! While we haven't used Eventleaf to it's fullest extent we have had zero issues. The basic functions work great for what we need it for!

Summary: We were using MS Forms before and switching to Eventleaf saved us a lot of time because now we have all the data in one place.

Positive: Event management administration page is really simple with no unnecessary steps. Landing page is mobile friendly and nice looking. It also comes with a separate Calendar landing page where all the events are listed. Mobile app for IOS and Android. API integration available.

Negative: Landing page design has limited design options as it comes to the layout.

Summary: I began searching for an event management vendor on a Friday, discovering Eventleaf later that day. Their team was immediately helpful, arranging a meeting with Brandon Mathews by the following Monday. Brandon provided excellent support, granting us full system access for 50 attendees to test Eventleaf. The platform is user-friendly, intuitive enough that most senior technologists can navigate without additional support. Their thorough online documentation was invaluable for accessing more advanced features. Additionally, the system's compatibility with our Zebra printers proved crucial.

Positive: One standout feature of Eventleaf's attendee management system is its efficient check-in process, crucial for minimizing long queues at registration points. It enables quick attendee lookup, immediate check-in, and the capability to print name tags directly using Zebra printers. The compatibility with Zebra printers is particularly valuable, given their prevalence in our existing resources. After evaluating multiple options, it became clear that few vendors offer this level of compatibility. Eventleaf supports this integration seamlessly and features a straightforward setup process. Our event team could easily connect to the printers without extensive training, streamlining the entire attendee management at our events.

Negative: I have no cons. Eventleaf is simple to implement and not overly complicated.

Summary: Eventleaf is by far the best event platform I've seen. The various payment options makes it affordable for organizations of all sizes.

Positive: Setting up the registration page was an ease! Eventleaf literally thought of everything that's needed to have a successful event. From the professional look and feel of the event webpage, to including sponsor recognition options, as well as allowing participants to have an easy experience using their web application. Presenters and attendees could review the digital agenda, speaker bios, and share the social media hashtags. Eventleaf helped us launch a very successful and well managed event. Not to mention creating the name tags was an added bonus.

Negative: While Eventleaf offers sponsor recognition, it would be nice to be able to suggest the size of the sponor logo or if we wanted to only include the sponsor name. It would also be nice to have a separate sponsorship page where sponsors can pay for their sponsorship as well as review the sponsor package.

Summary: Event Leaf offers good value for money. Set-up is easy and straightforward, and our delegates find the web page and the app easy to use.

Positive: We find Event Leaf very easy to use. We find it very easy to set up and offers us everything. We need to manage the event, including a webpage, registration, ticketing, and an app.

Negative: We haven't found anything that we dislike about Event Leaf so far!

Summary: We will absolutely return to Eventleaf for future event management needs. The software is user-friendly, flexible, and scalable. We were able to launch the platform in a very short period of time and realized future time and energy savings managing attendee registration, etc.

Positive: Eventleaf made it easy for us to plan and organize our annual meeting for employees of our non-profit. Eventleaf's platform was very easy to navigate and required minimal training to prepare for. The event registration process is also simple and easy to navigate, ensuring that no registrants have issues.

Negative: Because the system is so simple and easy to use, there are times when more customization options might be appreciated. For example, it would be a nice feature to reorganize the sections on the main event page.

Summary: So far Eventleaf has been a quality product. Easy to setup, easy to use and it was a good value for the amount of features.

Positive: The Eventleaf software has been user friendly. Setting up an event was fairly easy and it seems that the customer registration process is smooth.

Negative: There wasn't much that we disliked. The only thing that that I encountered was that there was an additional step required to use our Stripe account for payment processing.

Summary: Overall, my experience with Eventleaf has been overwhelmingly positive. This software checks the boxes on a lot of things that we needed and provides features we didn't know we could utilize. Our sales team found the transition to using Eventleaf's applications seamless which is important.

Positive: Eventleaf was easy to use. Their platform is intuitive and makes event management easier for organizers of all skill levels. Their customer services and technical support are great. We had an issue with something and within minutes I was connected with someone to assist me with the hiccup and answer any other additional questions. The price was a significant driving factor in our decision. The rates are competitive.

Negative: There aren't many cons with Eventleaf. If we are being nitpicky, the lead capturing is a bit limited. You are able to leave a rating and some notes and that is the extent of it. The badge design is also limited, you are unable to design badges by registration type and are only able to have 1 badge design for the event.

Summary: Very good experience. Would recommend the product to others. The product does have a price tag but it also appears to back up the price with many features available.

Positive: Ease of use.
Many features for event management.
Will be very helpful with student/attendee management.

Negative: Price.
Printing process for event badges is limited.
