Summary: Good job on making something that actually does what it's supposed to without giving your clients the stressful thoughts they can experience when waiting too long: "Will it work? I hope it doesn't decline..."

Positive: Everything worked smoothly and without fault. There were no waiting times, or at least it was very short.

Negative: There is a lot of text to read and the design can be overwhelming. Maybe a minimalistic approach can easy the readability.

Summary: I have bought tickets via eventix many many times and have always been satisfied with how easy and user friendly it is.

Positive: Very clear layout and easy to use.
Fills out your form automatically when you buy another ticket.
No strange verification methods etc.

Negative: Sometimes it was a bit slow so I ha to what and try again later or on my laptop.

Summary: Very easy to use website with clear information. The website his speed is perfect. Other ticket sites normally have a very long waiting time.

Positive: Clear and concise. UI is simple and easy to use. Especially the email service comes in very handy when you want to reserve tickets. Eventix is near ideal to use.

Negative: I heard from friends some thought they had to do something extra to be in the queue. The website is so easy that you can get worried if you should take extra action or something.

Positive: The website makes everything very clear and is easy to use. They payment is going quick and before that it's easy to read all the information about one of the events.

Negative: There is not really something I didn't like but I think there is always space for improvements. One improvement you can maybe do is send the tickets in a file so you don't have to go to the website again to open them.

Summary: I’m satisfied about the fact that i can buy tickets quick and easaly so i can look forward to a party even it is winter right now!!! THAT is sunshine at a winter day in the bus on my way home!!
