Summary: It has cut our time down booking people in quite dramatically. By having an invite tab which allows the visitor to self help and sign in virtually on arrival.
Positive: The invite tab, it is so useful you can sort out all your visits in advance and send out invites, which make the booking in so streamline.
Negative: I would like to be able to save a months worth of visitors at one export, rather than daily.

Summary: I can't get over how well you can manage visitors and rooms in one place, Envoy seems complicated at first glance as it has several applications that have a lot of tools, but it's not. From the experience I have had with the use of this platform, I can mention that the design environment of this platform is very easy to use and that, with its modern interface, makes it accessible for users who want to control the visitors that arrive. to your company, having a wide range of functions, tools and integrations that allow you to provide a good experience for both guests and employees of a company.
It is very innovative to be able to print badges for visitors when they enter the facilities and start the section or register to be attended by the employee corresponding to the visit. The management of the rooms is the most complete feature since it has many tools that allow the administration of the different work environments that can be very hybrid within normal working hours. The prices are not as affordable as it seems, there is practically no difference between the free and standard version, so if you really want to receive more features, you must opt for the Premium version to have better control over visitors. I feel this is a bit forced by Envoy wanting users to opt for higher plans instead of being flexible with the features that each user or company needs and from there have a set price or just make special packages that contain more variety. This can make it very impractical for some companies, especially small ones that need certain characteristics and that do not have a large visitor traffic, causing a negative profit in relation to what is actually being invested. -

Summary: The most practical function that I could give to this platform was not only being able to register all the visitors that my company has, but I have also made it very useful when registering employees, this in order to have a single system entry of people regardless of whether it is a visitor or a worker. With this platform I have been able to regulate visits and carry out in-depth monitoring of what time a person entered and left my company's facilities, thus maintaining good security, control and order so as not to cause problems in the workflow.
The truth is that I would like it to be more fluid and faster when loading users when they are going to start a visit. I say this because sometimes you have to wait until the platform loads, even after the application has been previously loaded so that visitors do not have to access anything else but simply this platform. So improving performance and also being able to use this platform with my company's internal network would be nice to make accessibility and ease more practical for all my company's visitors and workers.Positive: + I like how visitors of any age can be able to enter my company's facilities, with a couple of clicks they are already being informed of their arrival without practically needing the help of a receptionist since everything is done digitally. Also, I love that it always notifies me of the number of visitors in the queue and the different visitors for different workers within the company, thus having more control and security when it comes to knowing who enters and leaves my company's facilities.
+ Its visitor data storage system is very solid, I was able to obtain names, photos and a signature to be able to determine who was entering the company without the need for the receptionist to notify me and without having to keep an eye on who is coming and going since no one can skip the registration panel since I always have a security person who forces my visitors to have to register within this platform and thus I keep my company safe from intruders.
+ I found it very helpful that visitors could easily get a printed ID card automatically without having to go to anyone. In addition, this platform allows me to create an early profile of my visitors before they enter my company premises so they only have to identify themselves and receive their identification card. Also, the identification card that this platform prints is disposable, so it may not work for upcoming visits since they are for single use, so the risk of intruders to my company is reduced by only having unique cards for each person and for each visit that takes place on different days.
+ It is very practical to be able to export people according to a selected time range. Sometimes I forget the names of certain visitors and generally in those cases I do remember the day or time I had the meeting with said person, so I only have to export the contacts that were there during that selected period of time and so I was able to remember the person who had forgotten his name. Another way in which I have made this feature useful is that I have had workers who misreport their arrival time and this platform has made it easier for me to clarify the harshness regarding the arrival time of each of the employees thanks to the fact that everything remains registered within Envoy.
+ I have been able to help visitors notify them that I may be busy without telling them, when visitors want to join a meeting with me they can see my status and also how many visitors are ahead if they are. - It should have a better facility for people who recurringly visit the company, by this I mean being able to have an app which recurring visitors have and they do not need to use the company's IPad to make a record. It could also be useful if you could recognize a visitor through the Wi-Fi network and only have to report from your mobile phone that you have arrived as a visitor, thus saving more time and decreasing the waiting for visitors when several visitors arrive at the same time. -

Summary: A very good experience for visitor sign-in management and hot desk allocation and booking, would recommend above other tools and systems in this sector.
Positive: How intuitive the system is to use and manage through ipads for signing in and the web dashboard to control, manage and track visitors. The desk booking via the envoy app and health check questionnaire for staff returning to work onsite is a very useful addition at this time.
Negative: The badge printing is in black and white and there is no options to change the badge templates with the company designs and backgrounds. Would be good to have a physical QR check in for staff who book hot desks to confirm they are physically on site at the correct desk, each desk has a unique QC code with is number and location. These could be created in envoy and printed out and placed on the corresponding desk.

Summary: Great experience overall. Good customer service. I like that I can see several different locations that use the Envoy system on one website. I do wish that our aristocrat email for employees was already populated when signing into register in the office. It was populated before, but now we have to type in our whole email on the iPad into the Envoy app.
Positive: App is easy to use and navigate. I like that as an administrator I can see who is in the office at any given time. I also like how you can pre invite a guest into the office and receive a notification from the app.
Negative: Sometimes the cell app doesn't work, so I'll log in on the computer.

Summary: Overall, Envoy Desks has been extremely helpful in our phase 1 reopening plan. It's user friendly portal is easy to access from our employees and very straight forward. I think this a great tool to use for offices who have hybrid, remote, and in-office employees.
Positive: Envoy Desks makes office tracking so much easier! From seeing who's going in to health check reminders, Envoy Desks does a great job at keeping in-office employees "in the know" of what to expect during their office visit.
Negative: I wish Envoy Desks had a feature to "sign out" so that folks can have more of a live view of who's really in the office at any given moment. This could also give other folks a chance to go on site in the cases where people are in and out of the office.

Summary: It just works. It's easy to setup, easy to maintain, and easy to configure. Looks very professional and gives us the tracking abilities we need.
Positive: Envoy lets us keep track of who is coming and going, who they are coming to see, and if they have signed their NDA paperwork. During COVID its letting us ask additional questions for health screenings.
Negative: The expiring badges fell out of use very quickly, too many steps to use.

Summary: We initially started using one part of the Envoy platform. When our offices started planning our reopening strategy after Covid-19, we reached out to see if they had a solution for us. They did, and within a few weeks, we were up and running on their beta test. Overall Envoy is a great company, with employees that really seem to care about their product. I'm looking forward to see what their next addition will be...
Positive: One of the most user friendly platforms that I have used when it comes to managing visitors, deliveries, and now covid-19 self testing, and capacity tracking. The platform is not only easy for our internal users to set up and use, but I have gotten feedback from our visitors that it's convenient for them to use as well.
Negative: While it's rather easy to use as a whole, if you need to extract data, and run reports, it's cumbersome, or not able to do at all. Seems that a lot of thought and planning has gone into the product, but not as much when it comes to running reports, etc...

Summary: Overall very happy with the system.
Positive: I love not having to write down who received a package, who it was from and when it was delivered. No I just take a photo of the label and they are automatically notified they have a package. For those that receive many packages, I had "nicknames" set up in the system. I also don't have to remind them that they have a package and need to pick it up as they system does it for me.
Negative: Sometimes the system locks up when it can't find someone's name, and there are times when it just is very slow to respond. This eats up the battery time.

Summary: My experience thus far is super positive. I just wish my EH&S guy would get the info out to my employees - I'd like to have started using it last week :-)
Positive: Our company has used Envoy for quite a few years. With this Covid-19 episode in our lives I was happy to find out that Envoy was addressing it with a touchless entry program. I have recently set it up and it works well. I am waiting for our EH&S person to document it all and send out instructions to all our employees so that we can roll it out.
Negative: While setting it up I did find myself confused a couple of times. That is the only Con that did not last very long. The Support Team answered my questions within minutes.

Summary: Overall, I love the program. It would be close to perfect if a few of the small things could get better but we have been making due with it so far. Thank you so much for allowing us to use this program and making our days better!

2. We have 30-60 driver sign in each day and it would be awesome to be able to highlight somehow the driver that I am looking at so they don’t get mixed up with another while I am pulling paperwork. I use the check box on the left but if I have to change anything those check marks go away so I have to recheck all drivers that have been checked in. Would love for the check marks to stay. Also, when you utilize the check all box up top it then makes the column headers go away.
3. If a truck is signed out by mistake there is not a way to resign them back in or reverse it. We try to keep track of times so this would be helpful
4. I have been told by a couple of Russian drivers that the Russian translation is not correct but I have no way to double check without going into my translation append checking each one
5. We have quite a lot of Spanish only speaking drivers and they have to use the Spanish translation for them to check in. When it show up on my screen it appears in Spanish, which I don’t speak, so I have to have a cheat sheet that shows me each question. As many times that I look at the English version you would think that I would remember when looking at the Spanish version but I don’t. Luckily we haven’t had to use the Russian version because then I would have no idea what they wrote. Is there a way to translate their sign in choices to the language of our choice on our screen?
6. We will also be in the middle of our day and randomly a sign in box will appear so we have to sign back in with user name and password before we can continue with the day.
7. At the sign in desk, if I make a change to a drivers info, it does not update on the other users screens unless they refresh their page but then they have to know that a change has been made.Envoy Company Response
