Positive: Very easy to use. Product listing uploader works quick, it makes bulk uploading a seamless process. It automatically orders, tracks, re-prices and messages buyers for you. It is more cost-effective than other alternative software out there. Also, customer support is top notch, you can live chat with support, sometimes the response is a delayed but they get back to you eventually.

Negative: - Profit calculator is not accurate, you would have to do it manually.
- Sometimes there's errors, but that comes and goes with most software. You have to fix your orders manually.
- Very seldom there's price discrepancies/source products that are OOS, it rarely happens but it does.

Summary: Overall, I am satisfied with using this software. We can send messages to customers in 3 stages, track stock and prices, and upload products instantly. The main purpose of this software is to save time.

Negative: When updating product descriptions, we currently have three options for page size: 10, 50, and 100. I want to increase this because updating products takes a lot of time when the page size is 100.
