Our Volunteer Mobilization Assessment Program includes three unique assessments alongside skills tracking, specifically designed to uncover “How did God design and gift each person to Him and others.” Each assessment is instrumental in helping church leaders place individuals in the most suitable service roles. These assessments, complemented by skills tracking, form what we refer to as an “Assessment Pack.” We assert that the combination of these assessments and skills tracking is essential for effectively mobilizing individuals into appropriate service roles. Furthermore, the assessments serve as a system of checks and balances, ensuring the accuracy and reliability of the results.
