You decide which user roles your employees can access, and you only pay for the specific role that is used. If the employee only accesses a cheaper option than his assigned one, you will only be charged for the specific role being used.

Summary: Awesome, and if they have MES platform, it would be a complete package
Positive: Workflow is realistic, the process & design are really too good. This product is really works very well with offset and flexo in a ease. Especially integration with Insoft and JDF with ESKO will bring the complete tool for any print industry dealing with flexo and offset.
Negative: It would be great if they have integrated with BI tools for reporting.
