    Pricey but worth the investment

    Summary: Overall, compared to other such tools drift has more features and is faster at analyzing the responses. Playbook feature is the advantage.

    Positive: Lead generation and validation had been a piece of cake of it with the various plays that we can use.

    Negative: Implementation and learning take time but once set up not much to be done. Pricing could be reduced.

    Negative: Honestly great software. Easy to use. No dislikes till now.
