Negative: There really isn't much that I dislike about DreamzCMMS. You can still improve the reporting dashboard.

Positive: My technicians' tasks are now more visible and accessible to me. I can simply send real-time mobile notifications and alerts to the technicians at work.

Negative: We need few more custom reporting which we have asked for. Hopefully we will get them quick.

Positive: We primarily use the Preventive Maintenance system from DreamzCMMS. The Nested PM feature has benefited us with the tasks of managing only a single PM. I can now add labour tasks to a nested activity also.

Negative: There are lot of good features but if we can get the option to sort the files we are uploading our work will become more easier

Summary: Generally positive and worth a look, I have been using the CMMS for two years now. An extremely robust and user-friendly CMMS application. Maintaining our customer assets and scheduled preventative maintenance has been fantastic.

Positive: Ability to set asset bin locations and mapping, supporting preventative maintenance, support response times are good, user experience is relatively straight forward.

Negative: User Interface could be a bit more modern and refined.

Positive: Visible and User friendly Dashboards. Also the feature to work offline from remote location is a huge help to my team.

Negative: I have not found any disadvantage at this moment. I am using the Asset Management module.
