Summary: If you’re looking for a company that truly cares about you and your business and not just the dollar signs behind your name, than doorloop is your company.

Positive: The friendly family behind DoorLoop. I do not know many companies, of any field, that truly consider your suggestions, concerns, or any remark for that level. I had one suggestion in the beginning of joining the software, and they scheduled a follow-up 30-minute call with me to know every detail of the improvement I envisioned. It ended up benefiting my business tremendously, and that care was something I hadn’t seen with other businesses. They even asked if there was a way they could solve that suggestion in the meantime!

Negative: I would love a “what’s coming” section that indicated what new features are being added.

Summary: The team behind the software is super friendly and tech-savvy. Also, it’s free till the end of the year!

Positive: Time-saver. I have saved so much time using DoorLoop and no software compares for residential and commercial real estate that can do both equally well. My residential tenants are very happy with the convenience and pay me online using their credit card while my commercial tenants pay with echeck. The support team is quick to respond and resolve any questions I've had.

Negative: None so far but I'm still learning the platform more and more each day.

Summary: No complaints - great overall team, great support, and great software. Very easy to use. I love it more because it's user friendly and easy to use.

Positive: I love DoorLoop! I have been working with DoorLoop for a couple of months now and am so pleased with the service and support I have received. I needed no training after playing around with the program. I was a little nervous at first about trying a new system, but the transition was so easy! The accounting/report system is fantastic. Their customer service also made me feel like a valued customer and not just an interruption to their day.

Negative: I would love leasing templates per State, but apparently it’s a legal liability so they don’t offer it at the moment. You can however upload your own template.

Summary: Saves me countless time just from getting to the most used tasks in 1 click. Everything is within reach allowing me to be much more productive.

Positive: I always thought that every property management software was not user friendly and extremely outdated. I had to go through so many steps just to make any changes. It was time consuming and frustrating. DoorLoop lets me easily manage my properties from anywhere at all and I can do almost anything with 1 click. It’s a game changer.

Negative: I could want more features, such as a chat feature to talk with my management team. Otherwise, I am impressed.

Summary: Finally a software that can handle accounting for all my units. QBO was not cutting it for my operation.

Positive: Great accounting software for my properties, very easy to use, and great customer support. I love the design of this, it makes accounting a breeze.

Negative: The software is super easy to use from my tablet, and am looking forward to the iphone app soon.

Summary: Overall i’ve been pleased with the level of support and service I received throughout my time with DoorLoop. They really care and will give you all the time you need to make sure you are happy before hanging up.

Positive: The team -- they are very solid with a successful track record. I support them in everything they’re doing. I pay attention to all the updates that help me grow my business! The software is gorgeously done and easy to use.

Negative: It would be nice to have an SMS feature (I believe I can do it with Zapier but haven’t tried yet).

Summary: There are learning curves and issues with all programs... the attitudes are demonstrating a real effort and desire to solve the questions.

Positive: Thank you for your quick reopens to my questions. Its uncommon to have such a quick response and everyone is trying to help me solve my questions and learn the program.

Negative: All new programs have problems and learning curves.. some of my questions required response.. and sometime chatting is not the answer... but overall very satisfied.

Summary: I saved so much time and money using DoorLoop, I highly recommend it. It's a must-have for any landlord that wants to manage their properties and tenants.

Positive: I honestly don't know what we did before DoorLoop. We used to spend hours and hours working on our reports. Now we spend just a few minutes. I wish I had this program sooner!

Negative: No negatives as of yet, they have a robust accounting suite that rivals some of the larger players that have been on the market much longer.

Summary: TEN STARS! If you don't like DoorLoop, the problem isn't with the software! And it doesn't hurt that they hire people with really great accents! :-D

Positive: This team is FANTASTIC! From the initial demo to the on-boarding and continued support, they have been FANTASTIC! I couldn't be happier that I made the change to switch from my previous provider!

Negative: The only thing that I have found that it doesn't do, they've added to the checklist to add in the near future! THEY LISTEN!

Summary: I have had a really positive initial experience with DoorLoop due to Berj’s guidance setting up the software. I am happy to continue using this software with Berj as my point person!

Positive: Berj has taken so much time to carefully answer all of my questions. He is knowledgeable about the software and has gone above and beyond to help me sort out the issues I was having when setting up the lease.

Negative: Nothing! Berj is amazing! I have nothing negative to say about Berj or DoorLoop.

Summary: Very helpful staff, go above and beyond to assist. I have found them to also be humble and willing to request assistance from a more senior member.

Positive: Incredible support! Questions are answered quickly and thoroughly with the staff willing to hop on a quick call anytime.

Negative: At this point, I do not have any significant cons.

Summary: I am new to the program and as with any software you can expect issues, and the responsiveness is an area where DoorLoop really shines. Tenants really appreciate the tenant portal and owners are seeing rental income in their accounts faster and look forward to monthly P&L reports that confirm their occupancy rates, return on investments and liabilities are in order.

Positive: Owners appreciate DoorLoop for the easy access to important information they need to run their business and how quickly rental income makes it into their bank accounts.
Tenants appreciate DoorLoop's tenant portal for the easy payment options, and full access to their payment history and deposits.
DoorLoop also helped get a handle on maintenance request by keeping all interested parties informed of the status of any request.

Negative: Not really a negative if you understand the product is in the final stages of development.

Summary: Overall it’s been a great and seamless experience. My only regret is not setting it up any sooner. I heavily postponed my decision to get any software and I now regret it after seeing how much easier it’s made managing my rental units.

Positive: The support is excellent, they answer all my many questions, and made training and onboarding easier than expected. I’ve been very pleased with how everything’s going so far.

Negative: Nothing yet but it’s still too early to tell as we haven’t used the system for more than a few months.

Summary: Great customer support, great product, fair price. It's worth every cent for sure! I'd recommend this to any Landlord/property manager!

Positive: Customer support has been incredible, I have dealt with Marlon and Berj and they're total rockstars, great response time, and awesome people to deal with. Easy online rent collection, the tenant portal has been a good experience with my tenants switching to, it keeps very good track of expenses, and offers reports at a click of a button!

Negative: No mobile app yet, but it should be coming soon!

Summary: Using any new technology takes time to get used to, but overall I am pleased with the experience. The customer service is definitely my favorite part about DoorLoop so far, as well as the really nice design of the platform.

Positive: The team at DoorLoop is quick to answer my emails, and find solutions to any questions I have. The website is user friendly and aesthetically appealing.

Negative: I would like to see more usability and features like being able to add a payment and match it to a charge on the same page without going back to a new page to enter the charge. Or if you are on a specific vendor's page, and you click "add expense" it asks you to specify the vendor again, seems like that should be inferred. When you are entering expenses, it would be nice if there was a save and new button. Then instead of closing out of the expenses page, you could click save and new instead of save and close, and a new expense page would populate so you could add additional expenses without an extra step of going back to the expense page from the dashboard.
