Upgrades several times a year, easy to apply, without major issues.Negative: The database model is not very clear compared to other big models I have been working with.

Summary: Easy to use. Functionality is great. Archtecture is good and solid.
Work great in a Saas environment.Positive: Complete system for managing a business. Great functionality.
Always new functionality available from development team.Negative: Need a new POS terminal software. TakePOS needs functionality, especially when used in a restaurant. Unicenta will be great if it can be integrated.

Summary: It allows us to manage Sales, emails, expenses, reports from the same platform. We had an overall positive experience with this ERP platform. Inventory managing is also very easy .
