    Positive: Dixa helps in supporting customers. It works fastly, effectively and efficiently. Helps in building better relationships with our customers. Also provide training to our new teammates. Real time conversations to increase loyalty. Full featured phone systems. Convert visitors into customers. Drag and drop feature saves time. Powerful design. When we have to manage more than one team it's very helpful.

    Negative: The best part is it provides training to our new teammates. It's pretty good software.
