Summary: The entire platform overall is very user friendly and customizable. It is very simple to create content that my team and I may need for a certain project.

Positive: I use DirectLync for creating marketing emails. I love that everything is so customizable. DirectLync really allows you to be creative with your work.

Negative: You can't place certain content wherever you want.

Summary: Timely and effective. Their team is always responsive, on-time, and over delivers with making sure we have what we need either above or beyond expectations.

Positive: DirectLync delivers bespoke solutions for our company; they were able to take a niche challenge and developed a transformative way to solve it.

Negative: Very few to no cons; start to finish was a fun and easy project.

Summary: When I returned to Bethlehem Catholic to work in Advancement after 34 years as a classroom teacher, I needed lots of help to increase our school's fundraising goals. A friend who was the Advancement Director at Lehigh University recommended DirectLync to me, which has made all the difference in our fundraising efforts. DirectLync has vastly improved our school communication with our parents through weekly newsletters. In the past, parents missed essential information because our emails to them were undifferentiated emails where nothing stood out. Our parents are no longer in the dark about crucial details and deadlines now with DirectLync. Our outreach to our alumni has resulted in more than double the donations from the prior year through timely communications that let them re-engage our alumni in the life of their Alma Mater through a quarterly Newsletter we send out called the Brown & Gold Times. So far, every event we have promoted through DirectLync has set new giving records for that event. DirectLync has undoubtedly been the best "return on investment" in our school's history.

Positive: 1) The easy-to-use templates and the comprehensive color formatting process allow us to implement our branding guidelines seamlessly.
2) We love the ease of adding contact groups and working with our ever-changing contact groups.
3) Feedback from the Activity Report feature helps us "always improve our position" with all our constituent groups and learn who our most engaged followers are by the number of opens, clicks, etc.
4) Best of all is the expert and timely advice from Qiana, our DirectLync support person. She helps us benefit from all the dynamic DirectLync features, from drip campaigns to social media posting schedules. We have yet to reach the total capacity of all DirectLync can do for us due to our small staff, but the sky is the limit when we do.

Negative: DirectLync does not make house calls, if they did, their service would be perfect. LOL!
