    Summary: Bad. Very bad. The worse collaboration software i ever use. So far the best collaboration i ever use is Lark some more its free if not heavy user. Even if you want to upgrade also not so expensive just $12 USD per month

    Positive: To be honest nothing to like and forced to use it since my company use it. For personal business i use lark which have better interface,

    Negative: -Weird UI flow
    -Half baked translation
    -The operation and to things not consistent.
    -Their so called AI translation so broken that the template you download can only be use for original language. Etc their english translation broken so you download the Chinese template but when you upload it wont because DingTalk in english so you need to DingTalk language to Chinese then only uploaded template will work then you need to change back DingTalk language to English.
