Positive: The app is user-friendly, making it easy to manage daily deliveries. It tracks our drivers in real time, allowing us to monitor their progress and ensure timely deliveries. Additionally, it helps optimize routes, saving time and fuel. With features like real-time updates and notifications, it keeps the entire team informed and connected, improving overall efficiency and communication. This tool has been invaluable for streamlining operations and ensuring a smoother delivery process every day.
Negative: The only issue is that sometimes when I enter the address, it doesn't display the exact location on the map. I have to go back to the map and adjust the location to ensure my route for the day is accurate.

Summary: Top application. Would recommend to any logistics based firm. customers really enjoy most aspects of what Detrack has to offer customer wise.
Positive: Everything we need to run our business our customers really enjoy what Detrack has to offer, it easy to use and set up also
Negative: Could have a few more integrations that would fit with our older software

Easy to use All in One Route Optimization Date: Aug 04 2021
Summary: Despite the manual adjustments that needs to be done after each optimization, it is still a user friendly software that can be picked up easily.
Positive: Good user interface on both Detrack and Elastic Route. The use of colours in Elastic Route made it easy to identify the routes of each vehicle. Manual transferring of jobs between drivers and runs is also a breeze. The feature is Detrack as a proof of delivery are very well thought through - signature, photo, QR code, bar code, they're all available.
Negative: Optimization is not as good. When time limit are used, more vehicles than necessary are assigned, making it necessary to adjust routes every time.

Summary: Definitely value for money, but there is a slight learning curve. Once you have crossed that bump, it should be smooth sailing.
Positive: Advanced Features like proof of delivery and live tracking of vehicles.
Swift Customer Support that can be reached through text chat.Negative: Web UI can be a little intimidating for users who are not in the logistics and IT field.

Summary: My overall experience has been great. It improved the flow in the company by allowing all sales team to access deliveries just in time.
Positive: Interface is very easy to use and intuitive for all parts involved. Many users can see deliveries online.
Negative: Maps are still a point for improvement, nevertheless we can achieve great results.
