    Easy and practical

    Summary: Nice software, does what it claims. It was easy to sign up and easy to setup. There are not a ton of options for automation, however, it's not really needed. You can manage your customer tickets with ease. Content creation and organization are easy.

    Positive: Simple interface and straightforward operation
    Very fast setup
    Responsive operation
    Works on mobile

    Negative: No AI features
    Nice help center template, I was able to customize colors and text but was not able to change to a different style
