    Summary: Very Satisfied. OMG except for the BS character length minimum for comments. I was super satisfied and wanted to leave a positive review. I did not want to be told/forced to lengthen my comment to 100 characters.

    Positive: Tiffany D. provided perfect service to quickly solve my issue. I was completely stressed and Tiffany handled it professionally and promptly. Excellent!

    Negative: So now my only con is that I have to leave a con. And not a short one, has to be at lease 50 characters minimum. A bit silly.

    Summary: My overall experience has been good enough to make subscribing for another year an easy decision. The program allows to effectively stay on top of my schedule.

    Positive: DejaOffice is simple to use and easily accessible on all my devices. As a multi-decade ACT user I find DejaOffice to be a better fit for me.

    Negative: It would be useful, when adding a new contact from the same organization as a current contact, to be able to copy general contact information and only need to add the new name, phone, and email information.

    Awesome Product

    Summary: I should point out that my belief that any company can sell a product although not many can respond correctly after the sale. I have been using Companion Link products since 1987, recently finding out they started about this time and over the years a different products and had no hesitancy to switch over to a new one such as this CRM knowing that the product would work and most important supported. Their support staff is the best and very responsive of our needs, Issues are not common although when they occur rest assured they will resolve it in a reasonable amount of time.

    Positive: Ease of set up and use and flexible to make changes that I need and to train others. This product is very intuitive and easy to learn without having to read any user manual and this is very important., I was in the Beta Program and had no problems and as now I have none. It is an awesome product and very cost effective.

    Negative: Believe me when I say I do not have any and it fits my needs.

    DejaOffice CRM is an awesome app

    Summary: I've used DejaOffice for about 15 years and it keeps getting better all the time. A few months ago I began using the DejaCloud feature to keep all my devices in sync and it is amazing. I've been syncing my device manually for years and this new features saves so much time.

    Positive: DejaOffice organizes my calendar, contacts, notes, tasks and reminders in a very logical and efficient way. I use the same app on my PC, laptop, phone and tablet and the DejaCloud feature keeps everything in sync on all these devices in real-time. I use and depend on DejaOffice more than any other app and I'd be totally lost without it. The screens are well designed and I have a lot of control over what information I want to see, how it's sorted, sync priorities, search priorities, etc. Their support is excellent and I can actually call and talk with a human when I have questions or issues.

    Negative: I like everything about it. There is a learning curve because there are so many options and features but I'm glad I took the time to learn to use it.
