No Backend Support Date: Jan 30 2024
Summary: If you can find any other credible product use it instead. Our team have used other software previously and we will be going back to tried and trusted options when our licence expires. The effort to set everything up again will be well worth it.
Positive: None really. It does the basics ok but is very slow. The ability to load debts and create comms is fine. At least it is better than Excel.
Negative: The support is almost non existent, even to help with major glitches that impact the usability of the product.
