Great system Date: Jul 10 2025
Summary: It’s been a fantastic experience switching from an older DMS. I finally got tired of fighting things and decided it was worth taking the jump. A lot of my hesitations were from my past experiences, but switching to DealerRock has been fantastic. Not only is it easier for me to use, but my team has nothing but positive things to say as well. There was also tremendous value here in terms of the cost savings versus my older system.
Positive: This is one of the cleanest and easiest to use systems I’ve ever worked with. I’ve been in the marine industry for over 30 years and a modern solution like this has been long overdue. I love that I can access it anywhere and I get so much more done because I’m not tied to our store. I had some reservations about switching and how long it would take to learn a new system, but I was honestly up and running and under a week.
Negative: I wish I they had a mobile app. But accessing the application from your phone works actually pretty good.
