Summary: Overall my experience with Cvent Virtual Attendee Hub has been very positive and i will continue to use this platform for my events.

Positive: I like the functionality and ease of use of the platform such as attendee management and communication.

Negative: There are a lot of features on Cvent attendee hub which can be quite confusing to navigate when you are new.

Summary: I love that Attendee Hub can be used as a desktop application for attendees who are attending virtually or it can be used as an app for the attendees who are attending in-person.

Positive: Pros to Attendee Hub:
The best pro is that an attendee can watch a livestream while in the Cvent app they do not have to log off or open a separate browser.

Negative: Cons to Attendee Hub:
The one con with attendee hub is a vendor or exhibitor can cancel the appointment that you have setup with them based on the attendee availability.

Summary: I love Cvent. There is a constantly evolving roadmap which means our events continue to evolve as we learn what works and we learn more about what we can do with the tool.

Positive: Customisable event experiences including the language used on the navigation, colours, graphics.

Allows you to deliver great virtual and hybrid events.

You can customise yourself without needing support from the Cvent team unlike many other event platforms.

Negative: Costs can add up if you do lots of events so you need to be clear on your ROI.

Summary: I'm impressed by the capabilities to bring multiple audiences together and arrange information to be accessible in an easy and fun way. Great for conferences with hybrid sessions or audiences.

Positive: This is the all-in-one for virtual and hybrid events - terrific app for hybrid event space and organizes a lot of different media into one space for virtual events. Terrific for vendor marketing style events.

Negative: The price. This is an investment and if you're going to use it make sure to take advantage of everything it offers to get your money's worth.

Summary: Overall the Attendee Hub functionality is easy to use and understand. The main area of improvement I would like to see pertains to generating attendance reports regardless of the platform used if possible when the program concludes. Also, it would be helpful to make the reporting more simplified as it could be hard to understand the difference amongst the varies different ones (session attendance history vs session attendance details by session).

Positive: - easy to use and function when logged in
- notification alerts when the session starts
- ability to customize the main page based on the program's needs

Negative: - If a webinar/conference is hosted by a third party platform such as Microsoft Teams or Zoom, attendance reporting is not available.

Summary: Attendee Hub is such a great tool for attendees. Gives attendees the chance to communicate and also can flow into the mobile app.

Positive: Very user friendly, it is great for attendee communication and virtual events. Giving great options for attendees who cannot be in person!

Negative: Session upload can sometimes be annoying uploading on the back end, you have to do it one by one.

One of its standout features is the user-friendly interface, which makes navigating through setup and event management quite intuitive. The integration capabilities are also noteworthy, allowing seamless connections with other platforms and tools which can be a huge time-saver.

Negative: Some users might find the pricing on the higher end, especially for smaller organizations or events with limited budgets. Additionally, while the platform is robust, the initial setup and learning curve can feel a bit daunting if you're not tech-savvy.

Summary: Attendee Hub helps through programs and events to keep everything organized and keeps the reports clean

Positive: I like the design and how easy it is to use on the daily. It keeps us organized and keeps our reports clean for our managers.

Negative: The lack of support when you come to a issue that leaves me at a blank, sometimes finding the solution take awhile

Summary: IT makes life a lot easier when sharing information about the event. Having that one go to place for the attendee to find their agenda, the exhibitors/sponsors at an event, floor plans, etc. all on one device makes things a whole lot easier

Positive: The Attendee Hub is a go to space for sharing information with our attendees both pre & post event. Having a one stop platform to share an attendees agenda, have a list of sponsors and exhibitors, and to be able to share virtual content is extremely useful. On the day of an event, being able to configure and schedule notifications and reminders to all attendees also makes life a lot easier when you are busy doing other things. It is very easy to set up and we typically use it for all of our main flagship events

Negative: It can be a little clunky when it comes to the finer details of set up. For example, you have to know which sessions will be included and which will be optional etc. There also seems to be a small loophole when it comes to sharing virtual content to specific admission item holders.

Summary: It's a complete mobile app! When you get the hang of it, it's really ease to use and perfectly customizable!

Positive: The information you can put in the app is endless! I like how it's connected to the registration in Cvent and how it pulls the data you entered. And I love that you can customize the design, images and icons depending on the client!

Negative: It's not as user friendly as it could be. You can put so much data that sometimes it can get confusing. I think that the «more» page shouldn't exist. All the pages should be accessible through the home page. And the profile was better in a tab than in the top corner!

Summary: A simple to use tool that integrates your event info into a quick and easy to build and use mobile app for your event, whether it be simple or complex!

Positive: For me the pros of Attendee Hub are it's ease of use, integration with event features and the customization available.

Negative: It's a great tool for your event however the pricing was a bit higher than we would have liked.

Summary: Amazing to be able to leverage the content and configuration from registration to carry into the mobile app resources.

Positive: So much data can be communicated in user-friendly formats that it makes building easy. Adding content is simple.

Negative: The lack of flexibility of design with Agenda on website.

Summary: Overall, I really like attendee hub as a whole. However, I think there is a lot of improvement to be made on the appointment and polling features. Appointments take way too long to set up for how we want them (nothing out of the box, just that attendee can book appointments with each exhibitor at their table. Polling is also not great and would be good if all questions were visible on the screen for the host to read rather than the person moderating

Positive: Ease of setting up the app, functionality + attendees find it easy to use. I like how sleek it looks and how it can be customised a fair amount.

Negative: Appointments + polling is difficult to use. I think there is room for improvement here.

Summary: Overall I'm very satisfied with the product. It has been easy to show other team members, and is quick to design for a very smooth onsite experience.

Positive: Attendee Hub is easy to use, has a finished looking design which requires minimal effort to make look professional, and is very quickly adjustable. I find it very helpful whenever onsite, as I essentially have access to all my delegates, in order to give them information, and also to engage them more easily. I can also track their engagement through the reports very quickly, to make quick changes onsite for the biggest impact.

Negative: Occasionally there are technical issues, which is always a pain onsite. I also wish there were more options for the home page, as this is not very interactive.

Summary: Attendee Hub is a natural and must have solution when you are using Cvent's registration system. It doesn't matter if your event is either in-person, hybrid, or virtual, Attendee Hub can meet your needs.

Positive: A big pros is the versatility of Attendee Hub being both a mobile app and a web platform. The natural integration with the Cvent solutions makes populating the app so easy.

Negative: They are upgrading this view - my con is the card only view for the app. However, they are updating view options to icons which is a great update.
