Summary: Overall a nice product. We would like to see the ability to make updates to a survey after we have set it up instead of having to build it again.

Positive: Very quick and easy to setup. We appreciate being able to hold our surveys in the platform and not have to send attendees to another platform.

Negative: We found the feature easy to setup and our attendees found it easy to use.

Summary: Cvent is a great product that is easy to use, has a thorough community, and ultimately just works! It does what you need it to do and more.

Positive: The website designs are very easy to use and make conference sites look very professional. I also love the backend reports, tools, etc. The support system is also very strong and there is always someone to answer questions!

Negative: It is a pricier software. So as long as your company has the funding, it is a great product.

Summary: Overall, we like using the survey feature in Cvent, however be aware to do more complicated surveys and send your own way, you'll need to upgrade.

Positive: Easy to customise and build surveys. You can use your own branding and templates too. Easy to analyse responses in the reporting feature.

Negative: Can only be sent via Cvent email, not via a link, unless you upgrade your survey package.

Summary: I wish that surveys were incorporated to the general event set up in and event and wasn't as an add on, but I would recommend using this feature.

Positive: - Surveys are easy to customize
- They are relatively easy to set up
- Surveys are a very useful tool to have in conjunction with other Cvent tools

Negative: - Because the licensing is two different things, there can be a bit of a disconnect

Summary: Great flexibility on the template. The ability to connect past and present attendees and get feedback in a secure location is key for post event feedback and future events.

Positive: I love that it integrates with Cvent registration and data. I love the easy to use templates and the ability to report on all necessary data.

Negative: More sub categories layers would be nice. Would also love an updated/modern feel.

Summary: Overall, easy to setup and use for various areas within the program and for our post-event reporting.

Positive: Connected our previously external surveys within the app itself, which increased submission rates from attendees.

Negative: We have a unique situation where different sessions require different questions and you can't combine these into one report easily.

Summary: Overall my experience has been great! The Cvent support team has been super helpful in answering any questions that we have about how to best use the tool.

Positive: This tool is great! We use it to plan and manage our seven national conferences. It is particularly helpful for contact management and invitations.

Negative: Certain settings cannot be updated which is frustrating. Once you set up an email to go to accepted registrants, you cannot change it to send to undecided.

Summary: Overall it is a very powerful program, easy to use and the pricepoint is just right. I love using this tool and use it as much as possible

Positive: I like the ease of being able to put whatever kind of survey together i want, with singe or multiple answer and building sub questions as well.

Negative: I would like to see more features and grow the survey ability.
