Summary: I use a few exchanges, both online and mobile apps. This is one of the better ones imho. ONCE YOU HAVE DONE THE KYC and got your bank approved (jeez....with any site, this can be a merry dance and finding a bank that will allow it can be a hassle - Natwest in the UK works well. So far...) this app is very easy to use. If you're new to it - DECIDE WHERE TO STAKE YOUR CRO - once you've staked it for your debit card, you cannot add any more CRO - something I regret not looking into properly as I am getting 10% CRO p.a.

There are different ways to stake. LOOK INTO IT SO YOU CAN TAKE FULL ADVANTAGE OF YOUR CRO.

It updates quickly - should you need to leave the app for 2 seconds, you have to log back in - bit of a pain.

Easy to load money on, easy to buy crypto, easy to load up the debit card, easy to withdraw money. Better than Revolut in that you can transfer crypto out, unlike Revolut which only allows limited BTC cross exchange trx.

This is perfect for newbs or technophobes!

Positive: The debit card - I try to pay for as many things as possible with this card; council tax, groceries, holidays and all sorts. And every time I do, I get 3% back in CRO. You need the physical card in store, as it cannot be linked to GooglePay or ApplePay (although possibly with Curve - something I've yet to get my hear around!).

The 10% pa against my originally staked CRO is something for nothing. I'm a low level investor and initially staked just 6,000 CRO - gutted - you aren't able to add once you've done this. I think this is done through the CARD area - do due diligence and stake as much as you can so you can take advantage of this. Remember, if CRO goes up, you still get the 10%, regardless of the price.

Negative: Customer help - it takes ages and it feels as though the people you're speaking with aren't terribly invested in the company and have little knowledge. I've had a bad response and one good response. But overall, it's pretty poor at the moment.

Summary: Has a strong foundation and will be a force to be reckoned with. I recommend getting involved.

Positive: Two years ago I had not Heard of it and I started seeing it on TV buildings at the movies UFC fights races. Fact is, it’s getting huge and it’s everywhere now crypto.com isn’t going anywhere it’s here to stay it is on track to being the biggest exchange out of all of them.

Negative: There is some hiccups in the app that I’ve noticed when purchasing coin sometimes transactions don’t work from debit or credit card I find that it’s best to do wire transfers and it does take away some of the fees.

Summary: Perfect offer which covers all crypto needs and with smart contacts in the making my choices of service.

Positive: I like the eco system Crypto.com is offering in Europe. Not only do they have some of the best rates to stake and credit cards with awesome rewards. They also offer an awesome DeFi wallet, NFT place and Crypto exchange. They’re really paving the way to mass adoption. If an issue should occur, customer crevice usually helps with in minutes.

Negative: The spread on the app is too high in my opinion, but you can still use the exchange (desktop or separate app) for trading.

Summary: After several years of trying out various cryptocurrency exchanges crypto.com is my favorite. I've only had positive experiences with the platform, and the one time I actually had a problem with the app the support team managed to help me within an hour.

Positive: They offer a large portfolio of crypto-related products, all of which are easy to use and provide lots of benefits. Intuitive app and DeFi wallet, nice and quick support, rewarding cashback + investment programs.

Negative: Unfortunately, the price chart history in the app is limited, you can only go back 6 months in the past.

Summary: Overall great UI and most large market cap coins available. Easy to setup and use. Great interest rates AND earn CRO tokens, that can also be staked to earn interest.

Positive: At the time of this writing 4/18/21, this company is offering the best rates. In addition to earning interest in the crypto you submit (3 month, 1 month, or flexible terms), you also earn higher rates and additional CRO coins, their native token, if you stake for their debit card.

Negative: Customer service is completely app based, so don’t expect to ever talk to a real person if you have an issue!

Summary: Get rid of having to put your pin in any time you look away from the app and I'd say that this is perfect.

Positive: I love that they offer a 0% fee on credit card transactions for the first 30 days. That makes things very appealing to get in, as you can effectively fund same day except for larger amounts.

Negative: I don't like that every time I navigate out of the mobile app, even just switching apps to get a wallet address, I have to reenter my passcode to get back in. Give it like a 1 minute timer or something. Sometimes I need to copy paste from another wallet.

Summary: NEVER EVER deal with Crypto.com ...and I mean it! Don't download it if (you haven't done it). Don't install it! (If you have downloaded it) Don't sign up! (If you have installed it) They will restrict your account based on whatever reason to prevent you from withdrawing your crypto assets and/or your fiat money. I am struggling big time with them, while they keep mocking at me with generic replies as "your case is in progress", "we have escalated your case", etc, but nothing happens. Avoid it!

Positive: Nothing in particular, they offer the chance to withdraw your crypto assets (but you actually can't), same with your goat money, so it's a trap.

Negative: • They seize the control of your assets and funds and restrict the way you use it under stupid arguments. It is something they do on purpose.

• Customer Support gives no support at all, and disrespect customer by using generic replies that they copy and paste, like "we are working on your case", "your case has been escalated", "we will communicate with you as soon as we have an update", our internal team is working on your case" ...all lies!

• They take forever to give control of your own assets and funds back to you, it's planned, they do it on purpose so you can't use your own funds.

• Whenever you request the physical credit card they offer you get the "your Crypto.com credit card it's on its way to you" email but it never arrives, it's a big lie! I've tried twice, the two times I got the same result: Nothing!

Summary: Wouldn’t recommend. No support, bot customer service, failed my app with no reason and no one to talk to about it.

Positive: These guys are horrible, so not sure what to put here. They have a good Lion logo?? No help, no support.

Negative: Applied to be a creator, never gave me reason and won’t delete my account. Super bad customer service. Pretty sure a Matt Damon commercial is all they have going for them.

Summary: Started off good. Slowly turned sour as customer service went straight down the toilet and they went from helping grow a good service and community to just helping themselves.

Positive: I'm not sure what good I can say here.

Negative: They will try and screw you out of your money and be smug about it the entire way through. They say they will try to help while they do the exact opposite. I would be careful before trusting my funds with this CCP platform.

Summary: I would advise you to fund an alternative to crypto.com app!

Stay away from this app.
High transfer fees.
Poor support of the fees and no comparison.

Positive: Works well in practice and functions well as an app.
Easy to navigate.
Well designed.
Nice blue Interface.

Negative: However!!!!
Be warned to actually move your crypto coins or withdraw charges can only be described as extortionate!! No Joke!

By example I transferred 250 CRO to another platform via the app It actually cost me 200 CRO!
Thats more than I ended up receiving after the transfer.
Contacting customer support they simply stated read the fee’s page in the app (Under settings) and you can see this. However thats not the case when you have to side swipe the page to find this information.
Indeed it states 200 CRO per transaction! Wow thats €39 or $50 no matter how much you transfer.
So I ended up with $9 from the amount I transferred of €60 !!

The same comes with fund withdrawal you also get charged for this alongside fees for Adding funds to your account!

So they make quite a few $$ from doing nothing actually.

There are better alternatives to crypto app, and this is my experience after 1 year of use!

The work around is to bite the bullet and sell everything to your flat wallet and make a gross withdrawal.

And or Add the funds to your crypto credit card and use this in another crypto app to purchase your new crypto coins.

Then the any charges are minimum to the value of your total amount.

Very disappointed and customer service sucks.

Summary: Spent nearly 8 hours trying to resolve an issue on their end in order for me to fund my account through ACH transfer through my bank. Over and over I was told by Customer service reps that bank transfers from my bank could not be possible (even though the microtransactions to set up my initial Crypto.com went through). C/S chat told me twice that I'd need to find a new bank. I told them I'd find a new trading platform before I did that. After no resolution I finally did just that. Happy with my new platform. I won't ever go back to Crypto.com. Good luck should you choose to.

Positive: Ease of use & security features.

Decent UI for app.

Customer service initially seemed responsive.

Negative: Customer service was subpar and didn't resolve my issue.

Missed out on key buys due to the issues I had funding my Crypto.com account.
