Summary: Faultless. Makes solving our clients/users online issues so easy. I would be love without it, highly recommend.

Positive: So easy to use, other programmes require a difficult set up, CrankWheel is super straightforward and means that i can quickly demo products or solve issues with ease.

Negative: There is no cons, perhaps the ability to video sessions would be good, but this is a free product so no complaints.

Summary: Great software for screen shares quick and easy!

Positive: I've been using screen shares since the pandemic hit. I am in the insurance business. CrankWheel is by far the simplest and easiest to use. It bypasses a few opticals that some other screen share services require. One of the main pros is that it does not require the party you wish to screen share with to download anything. It is a simple text message or email and boom your n a screen share that easy!

Negative: Maybe an encrypted option to have a higher level of security and possibly have the option of video chat. Just an idea. Also maybe have some saved link you can automatically send with the link to see screen.

Summary: We've had no down time and never any issues.

Positive: Super easy to use, and easy to share link with customers.

Negative: Can't get sound to work on my chromebook and can't give screen to any other participants.

Summary: I belong to an alliance of over 200 trainers who have been forced to transition to online over the past year. Sorting through the maze of online tools has been stressful, so it's great to come across something simple and solid like CrankWheel.

Positive: I'm using CrankWheel inside applications that have their own embedded screen and webcam sharing functionality and it is far better! It was extremely easy to setup and start using right away. Additionally, using it to display sites like Miro boards is great, because I can limit the interactivity that is a problem sharing a URL. Fantastic for webinars as well...I can show a presentation and an inserted webcam view!

Negative: It was hard to find the best pricing model for my use, but the email support was extremely fast in helping me.

Summary: I will continue to use CrankWheel screen sharing as I prefer it over Zoom to easily share my screen.

Positive: Fast, efficient, easy to use, it is also a reliable tool that works every time. It allows you to share your screen by simply sharing a link.

Negative: I have not found any negative points so far. Amazing!

Negative: I like everything overall - i really just just for my own screen sharing.
Maybe a zoom video type experience could be added.

Summary: Working fine and useful! Easy to setup and even easier to use. Clients like this solution, especially those who do not have Zoom or Meets.

Positive: Always working really well and convenient to do web demos for the clients. No setup needed for a client.

Negative: Do not have anything to bring out. Works fine every time.

Positive: CrankWheel is so smooth and easy to install. Helping our support and sales tremendously. Our clients, both B2C and B2B really like it and it has helped us to offer better service and increased revenue.

Negative: When you start using some application or services, that is way a head of their competitors, one starts to ask for more and more. And for me, being kind of demanding, greedy and annoying, I would love to get more frequent updates. Team CrankWheel intuition in sales and service is so extremely sophisticated and relevant.

Summary: We love CrankWheel and their commitment to making communication software as simple and easy to use as a phone (but with high engagement). We also love the content they produce to enable sales teams!

Positive: CrankWheel is a great product that is simple and easy for the customer and sales agent to use. The ability to screen share on mobile without downloading an app, and a full stack of product features that are tailored to helping improve engagement, CrankWheel really has carved their name in the space of communication software and technology!

Negative: I love all the features, and people should understand that this does not have to replace your current conference software, but it will compliment and enhance it.

Summary: Great sales software, run by a great team, and that is offered at a very fair price considering the value it generates.

Positive: The setup and management is simple, despite offering quite advanced solutions and bringing tremendous value to the sales and marketing teams.

Negative: The look and feel could be improved somewhat within the software, but it offers many customization options for installation.

Positive: Easy to use.
In my mind this tool is beneficial at more than one level. You get to set up a presentation with screens and pages ready for a client.

The client gets a clean 1 to 1 way to discuss and choose what product they want to go for.

Negative: How to get customers to take time out from their day for a screen viewer?
(Not a con, more of a thought)

Summary: It was ok but I don't use it anymore because of reliability and how slow development was or the program.

Positive: I like the concept and idea of how this tool works. The idea is decent and might be great for some businesses.

Negative: I didn't feel like it was easy to implement at all.
