Summary: Very bad and very frustrating. I was scammed. And even worse, my payment auto-renews annually. I could not convert a single file. And now I have to fight to stop the auto renew. Ugh.
Positive: The advertisement was easy to understand. The ad seemed believable. I was optimistic. But I was scammed.
Negative: I added 5 iPhone photos. An error message popped up. It said the program crashed and I should document the steps leading up to the crash - then email to their address. Then a message directed me to the general help screens. I paid good money believing the program would work. It didn't and I should not have to spend hours troubleshooting.
