    Basic Functionality: Despite being outdated, some of the features do function well enough for basic content creation tasks.

    Negative: Outdated Interface: The platform feels old-fashioned and is in desperate need of updates to keep up with modern content creation standards. The interface is clunky and not user-friendly for experienced users.

    Terrible Customer Support: The most significant issue is the support provided by Digi Nowa. After purchasing a lifetime deal, I was locked out of my account, and despite multiple attempts to resolve the issue, the team stopped responding entirely.

    Broken Promises: The team initially promised to resolve my issue but failed to follow through, leaving me without access to the product I paid for.

    Unreliable Service: For a company offering lifetime deals, Digi Nowa's lack of responsibility toward their users is unacceptable. Their disregard for customer support leaves customers stranded with unresolved issues.
