Summary: From start to finish I was impressed with Cointelli. It was such a smooth experience from the time I made an account to finally getting my report. Absolutely recommend this product.

Positive: Customer service. User interface. Fast upload times. Low pricing. Simple process to download reports or send to my accountant as I choose.

Negative: I couldn't find any downside. My whole experience was top notch. They really thought through every detail of the customer experience.

Summary: I highly recommend Cointelli. All my exchanges connected seamlessly and the calculations were all on point.

Positive: All my exchanges were accepted. It was very fast and simple to use. Very efficient. I had previously used cryptotrader.tax but I found Cointelli to be much smoother.

Negative: I really didn’t encounter any issues. Everything was done smoothly.

Summary: My experience with this software is good if someone is just starting to work with money like if they were out of high school or college and they are other working or making a business.

Positive: I do find that the company giving a better experience making their workers and customers have a better understanding in financing for others.

They have a nice manner when talking to their customers and making them understand how much they need to do to get out of the Red when it comes to making their debt disappear.

Negative: I do believe that the wait times between talking to them on the phone to be a bit of a burden concerning that there a financing company.
