Summary: We run a few online gaming companies and CoinsPaid has been in charge of our crypto settlements with customers for more than a year. Overall, we are very happy with their service.

Positive: The customer service is responsive and transaction speed is good enough for both me and the players. We had no idea they offer a partnership discount until we introduced a friend and got an additional fee reduction.

Negative: One tip for the company. It would be nice if you send out a pitch with additional products, services, and discounts to every client as it could help me plan my finance accordingly.

Summary: Processing works like a charm and CoinsPaid is always within reach when we need to discuss anything, five-star service.

Positive: Working with finance for the past twelve years has taught us to always put security first. CoinsPaid proved to be reliable and trustworthy partners that care about security. They check if the crypto they are dealing with has ever been compromised or used for money laundering and other illegal activities which is extremely important for my business because of regular checks from authorities.

Positive: Smooth integration, top-notch security. We feel that our money is well protected and we will always get the best service from CoinsPaid support team. Actually, we don’t need crypto currency so we send all of the payments in EUR to our business bank account and pay taxes without any issues or questions from the tax authorities. And they are licensed in the EU, too! Great job, CoinsPaid, keep it up!

Negative: The only thing that can be improved is the verification stage, we had to collect many papers and waited for approval for several weeks.

Summary: Overall it's a great decision for any business which works with crypto. Waiting for more languages.

Positive: Really easy to integrate and use. Work with it for 8 months and I really understand that this decision is the best for my business. App is fast and have nice design. Interface is really simple. Responsive and helpful support. Not big fees for transactions.

Negative: Needed Russian support, as for me. And Russian language on site.

Summary: Our business integrated crypto processing about half a year ago and we can point out instant deposits on the user side and fast bank transfers through SEPA.

Positive: We were really impressed with the work of our personal account manager and their ability to answer our requests within minutes regardless of time zone. Another good point is that they are available on telegram and whats app.

Negative: Offering more options for processing payments would make the process smoother for customers. One piece of advice: it would really benefit everyone if you started providing more education around the process and perks of using a cryptocurrency payment gateway. Customers would feel more comfortable and informed when using the service. But as I said, I am really satisfied with current service.

Summary: It took us less a few months from collecting docs to accepting our first BTC payment, but knowing the ins and outs of this process, it was fairly quick. After all, it’s better to secure yourself in advance than regret afterward. We've got a positive general impression about CoinsPaid.

Negative: What we don’t like: There weren’t anything really, except for quite a long KYB procedure but we know its for our own safety and safety of our clients.
