Negative: I haven't found any other cons with the software that the customer service hasn't been able to help me understand.

Summary: I use it to fax my business partners. It's been good so far. They've got the right documents and copies needed in time. My partners and me are all thinking about it to be easy and useful.

Positive: All I need to do to send a fax is just to drag the files and drop them in the place. Hit 'Send', then everything is done with me. My partner will then receive my faxes in very short minutes.

Negative: They have very busy customer support. Sometimes I am late replied. But it is OK.

Summary: Very fast & smooth to send faxes as in PDF. I don't really need a fax machine, or a dedicated line for this, much cheaper online fax service. If you have some business partners to handle, fax exchange via CocoFax would definitely help.

Their support system also very good and work 24 x 7 for providing resolutions. All faxes sent will be saved over the cloud and storages and can be accessed by keywords. Very good tool for managing the fax.

Positive: CocoFax is feature loaded online fax solution which enable user to fax the documents very easily. They provide Free Fax numbers and it can be access from any e-device. Report also generated for the number of faxes has been done. The best thing is that, the fax document is completely secure from cyber attacks and it can be used for any country means we can connect with client all over the world. No software required and user can fax with mail, phone or even by Email.

Negative: There is no specific issues we faced so far however user interface can be little updated. User rights can be added for managing the system and doing fax.

Summary: They have a very fantastic support center and offer a free trial which I tried and then becomes a subscriber for someone who is unlikely to buy a fax machine like me.

Positive: CocoFax works flawlessly. Be a web service or smartphone app, it can be integrated into most of our working station.

Negative: No cons so far. The customer support helps with everything.

Summary: Terrible, terrible, terrible. After three weeks of asking the sales dept. and the support dept., what their Enterprise pricing is, I gave up. They don't give a hoot about customer service. An associate told me, "What can you expect from a Chinese company?!!"

Positive: Really? Nothing. I would never use their service now even if they offered it to me for free. Never again!

Negative: Asked over 10 times what their Enterprise pricing is, and never received a reply. Even the support team could not get an answer from them. It is like there is zero sales support.
