    Strong Virus Scanning Product

    Summary: Overall, very happy with the Virus Scan API & plan to keep using it. Would recommend it to anyone in the market for a file scanning solution.

    Positive: The Virus Scan API (advanced version) has performed very well since we implemented it for a customer. The advanced scan capabilities are effective at detecting insecure files with and without malware signatures.

    Plans are priced fairly. It's easy to move between plans to accommodate scale.

    Negative: Nothing comes to mind. Satisfied with product functionality & support.

    Summary: I moved to Encodian which is way better.

    Positive: N/A.

    Negative: The pdf decrypt connector did not work saying that the file type is incorrect although the file was a pdf file. The support team took days and have still not resolved the issue - actually could not even figure out what the issue is.

    Terrible Customer Service

    Summary: The service was useful before Microsoft PowerAutomate had robust NLP and document processing features. It is now redundant. The service works fine if you do not need assistance. If you require customer service, expect robotic answers and refusal to make exceptions/assist if errors were made.

    Positive: - The API worked well with PowerAutomate and had many actions available
    - Good document processing results

    Negative: - It is now redundant as Microsoft PowerAutomate offers most of the document processing services out of the box
    - Customer service is extremely rigid and refuses to help resolve payment issues.

    Summary: It seems that there are many workflow actions available but the integration in Power Automate is not working as expected - so i have chosen another product for my usecase.
